       6.th April 1750   Then came the within named Daniel Rawlings before me the Subscriber one
       of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act &
       Deed and the Land and Premisses Goods and Chattels therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate
       of the within Named William Hunt his Exors Adm.rs and Assigns according to the true Intent &
14 1/2 meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly of this Province in such Cases made and
        Provided    Acknowledged the Day & year above Written before

Ex.d Know all Men by these Presents That John Buchanan of London Merchant Have made Ordained
        Constituted and appointed and by these Presents Do make ordain constitute and appoint M.r James Russell of
        Maryland Merchant my true and lawfull Attorney for me and in my Name and for my Use to ask Demand
        and receive of all and every Person or Persons whom it doth and may concern all and every Debt and Debts
        Sum & Sums of Money Goods Wares and Merchandizes Chattels & Effects whatsoever due owing payable or
        belonging to me in Virginia or Maryland And upon nonpayment thereof the said James Russell his
        Executors or Administrators for me and in my Name to Sue Arrest Imprison Implead and Prosecute for
       the same and upon such Suit to proceed to Judgment and Execution And thereupon the said James Russell
       his Executors and Administrators in Prison to hold and keep untill payment thereof be made with all Costs &
       Damages Sustained and to be Sustained by Occasion of the detaining of the same and upon Payment
       thereof the said James Russell his Executors and Administrators forth of Prison to discharge and Acquittances
       for the same or any part thereof for me and in my Name to make Seal and Deliver and also to do
       perform and execute all and every all other Lawfull and Reasonable Acts and things whatsoever
       both for obtaining and discharging of the same as shall be needfull to be done giving and by these
       Presents Granting unto my said Attorney my full and Absolute Power in the Premisses ratifying and
       holding firm all and whatsoever my said Attorney shall Lawfully do or cause to be done in or about
       the thirtieth day of April in the twenty ninth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second
       by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith ^and^ in the Year of
       our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and forty Six
       Sealed and Delivered (being first                                                   John Buchanan   Seal
       duly Stampt) in Presence of
          James Dick                                 On the Back of the aforegoing Power of Attorney was thus
             Charles Carroll                         Written Viz.t

4 1/2 for Ann Arundel County James Dick and Charles Carroll and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of
       Almighty God that they saw the within Named John Buchanan Sign and Seal and as his Act and
       Deed deliver the within Power of Attorney                              Rich.d Dorsey

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the second day of April in the Year of our Lord God
       one Thousand seven hundred and fifty Between Richard Hall of Somerset County in the Province of
       Maryland Planter of the first part Thomas Jones of the County and Province afd Gentleman of the Second
       part and Joshua Hall of the County and Province afsd Planter of the third part Witnesseth that for the
       Docking and Barring of all Estates Tail of and in the Messuage or Tenemen Lands and Hereditaments
       herein after mentioned with their Appurtenances and all and every the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders thereupon dependant or expectant and for Setling and Assuring the same
       to for and upon the Uses Intents and Purposes herein after limitted expressed and declared and for and
       in Consideration of five Shillings Current Money of Maryland to the said Richard Hall in hand paid
       by the said Thomas Jones at or before the Sealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof
