485) with one twelfth Part of all Mines Minerals & Appurtenances of what Nature or kind soever to him the said Isaac Webster his Heirs and Assigns for Ever To Hermond Husband one Twelfth part of that Hundred Acres of Land I bought of Cornelius Eltinges in Fradrick County afores.d Called the Fountain with One Twelfth part of all Mines Minerals & appurtenances of which Nature or kind soever to him the said Hermond Husband his Heirs & Assigns for Ever To James Perry one sixth part of that hundred Acres of Land I bought of Cornelius Eltinge in Fradrick County afores.d called the Fountain with One sixth part of all Mines Minerals and appurtenances of what Nature or kind soever to him the said James Perry his Heirs and Assignes for Ever To Have and to hold unto them the said Jacob Giles John Bond Isaac Webster Hermond Husband & James Perry their Heirs and Assigns for Ever as Tenants in Common and not joynt Tenants the Land & Premisses ^aforesaid^ with the Appurtenances aforesaid And the said John Webster his Heirs Exec.rs & Adm.rs doth ^hereby^ Covenant Promise and grant to and with the said Jacob Giles, John Bond, Isaac Webster Hermand Husband and James Perry at the Ensealing and Delivery here of that the said John Webster hath in himself a full and Lawfull Right of Inheritance in of fee simple of and unto the above bargained Land and Premisses to grant bargain sell and Assigne over the same with the Appurtenances of a Good and free and Indefeasable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple free and Discharged of all Manner of Incumbrances whatsoever had made or done or to be had made or done by or from him the said John Webster his heirs or any other Persons Claiming by from or Under them or any of them the Rents which may hereafter become due and payable to the Lord of the fee only Excepted And the said Jacob Giles, John Bond Isaac Webster Hermond Husband & James Perry their Heirs Executors Adm.rs or Assigns for Ever shall and may peaceably and Quietly hold use occupy Possess and Enjoy the said Lands and Premisses as afores.d with their Appurtenances without any Let Trouble or Molestation of him the said John Webster or his Heirs unto the said Jacob Giles John Bond Isaac Webster Hermond Husband and James Perry their Heirs and Assigns for Ever and will warrant and for ever defend according to the true Intent and Meaning of these Presents And Lastly the said John Webster Doth Covenant and Agree for himself his Heirs Exer.s and Adm.rs to and with the said Jacob Giles John BOnd Isaac Webster Hermond Husband & James Perry their Heirs and Assigns that the said John Webster his Heirs Exec.rs and Adm.rs shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter at the reasonable request of a Majority of them or theirs & make such further and other Grant & Assurance for the same Making and Confirming the aforesaid the aforesaid Land and Premisses as afores.d unto them the said Jacob Giles John Bond, Isaac Webster Hermond Husband & James Perry their Heirs & Assigns for Ever according to the Intent and true Meaning hereof as they shall by their Council Learned in the Law be reasonably devised advised or required In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set his hand & seal the Day & Year first above written Signed Sealed & Delivered John Webster Seal in the Presence of On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was John Hall thus Endorsed Viz.t Isaac Webster jun.r July 27.th 1754 Then Came before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named John Webster and Hannah his Wife ^and^ acknowledged the within Deed and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right (and) |
