484) 25.th June 1754 Then Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Saint Marys County the within named John Hall and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and that the Land and Premisses therein specified were the Right and Estate of the within named Edward Hilliard ^Hebb^ his Heirs and Assigns according the true Intent and Meaning of the said Deed Gilb.t Ireland Recorded August 28.th 1754 JMiles 4 3/4 sides Ex.d This Indenture made this 26.th Day of July in the Year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty four Between John Webster of Baltimore County and Province of Maryland Gunn Smith of the One Part and Jacob Giles John Bond Isaac Webster and Hermond Husband all the same Place and James Perry of the County Frederick and all of the Province afores.d of the other Part Witnesseth that the said John Webster for and in Consideration of the Sum of Twelve Pounds Nineteen Shillings and three pence Current Money in hand paid or secured to be paid by the said Jacob Giles to the said John Webster as also for and in Consideration of the Sum of Eight Pounds Twelve Shillings and ten pence like Money in hand paid by the said John Bond to the said John Webster as also for and in Consideration of the like Sum of Eight Pounds Twelve Shillings & Ten pence like Money in hand paid by the said Isaac Webster to the said John Webster as also for and in Consideration of the like Sume of Eight Pounds twelve Shillings and ten pence like Money in hand paid by the said John Bond and Issac Webster joyntly to the said John Webster for the Account of James Perry aforesaid also for and in Consideration of the Sum of Four pounds Six Shillings and five pence like Money in hand paid by the said Isaac Webster for the Amount of the said Hermond Husband to the said John Webster doth hereby acknowledge and Ever therefrom acquit exonerate and discharge the said Jacob Giles John Bond Issac Webster Hermond Husband and James Perry their Heirs and Assignes for Ever (and for sundry good Causes him the said John Webster hereunto moving hath given granted Bargained sell aliene Infeoff and Confirm unto them the said Jacob Giles John Bond Isaac Webster Hermand Husband and James Perry their Heirs and Assigns for Ever in manner and form following (Viz.t) To Jacob Giles One fourth part of that hundred Acres of Land I bought of Cornelius Eltinge in Fradrick County afores.d Called the Fountain with one fourth part of all Mines or Minerals and Appurtenances of what Nature or kind soever to him the said Jacob Giles his Heirs and Assigns for Ever ^to John Bond^ One sixth part of that hundred Acres of Land I bought of Cornelius Eltinge of Fradrick County afs.d Called the Fountain with one sixth of all Mines Minerals and appurtenances of what Nature or kind soever to him the said ^John^ Bond his Heirs and Assigns for Ever To Isaac Webster One Twelfth part of that hundred Acres of Land I bought of Cornelius Eltinge in Fradrick County afores.d Called the Fountain (with) |
