       among the Records of the Provincial Court Pursuant to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in  
       such Cases made and Provided

Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty fourth Day of June in the Year of our
       Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty four Between John Hall of Saint
       Mary's County in the Province of Maryland Attorney at Law of the one Part and
       Edward Hilliard Hebb of the same County and Province aforesaid Planter of the
       other Part Whereas at a Provincial Court held at Annapolis on the Third Tuesday
       in May last a common Recovery was had and suffered between the said Parties
       wherein the said John Hall was Demandant and the said Edward Hilliard Hebb
       Tenant to the Precipe of all that Tract or Parcel of Plantable Land situate lying
       and being in Saint Mary's County aforesaid lying on the West side of the Mouth of
       the Creek called Wickliffes Creek and bounding and bounding on the North with
       the Freehold of David Wickliffe that is with a Line drawn from a Bite in the     
       said Creek called Huttons Bite and extending West into the Woods One hundred
       and twenty Perches or thereabouts on the West with a Meridian Line drawn from
       the said End of the former Line South through the Woods until it intersect a
       Parallel drawn from another Branch in the aforesaid Creek called Beans
       Creek and on the South with the said Parallel containing One hundred Acres
       or thereabouts   Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Recovery so had
       and suffered by and between the said Parties of the Tract or Parcel of Land afsd
       and other the Premisses with the Appurtenances shall be and enure and shall be
       deemed construed and taken to be and enure to and for the Use and Behoof
       of him the said Edward Hilliard Hebb his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or
       for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said John Hall doth for
       himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators covenant grant and agree to
       and with the said Edward Hilliard Hebb his Heirs and Assigns that he the
       said John Hall and his Heirs shall for ever hereafter stand and be seized of
       the Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances and of every Part thereof to the
       only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Edward Hilliard Hebb his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands
       and Seals the Day and Year first above written
