       Declared by and between all and every the said Partys to these presents and the true Intent
       and Meaning of the Parties to these presents is that from and immediatly after the said
       Common Recovery and Recoveries shall be had prosecuted and suffered as aforesaid
       of the said Lanes and Premisses the said Recovery and Recoveries shall be and enure
       and shall be Construed Esteemed and Adjudged to be and inure and hereby declared to
       be intended to be and inure that the said Jeremiah Chase and all and every other Person
       or Persons which shall be seized of the Premisses or any Part thereof by force or
       Virtue of the said Recovery or Recoveries shall stand seized thereof and every part
       and parcell thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances to the only Use and
       Behoof of the said Richard Wade his heirs and Assignes for ever And to no other
       Use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever In Witness whereof the said Parties have
       hereunto set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written

Ex.d Maryland to wit
                                        This Indenture made this Twenty first Day of May
       in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty four   Between
       Richard Wade of Charles County Planter of the one Part and Josias Adams of
       the said County Planter of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Richard Wade  
       for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five Shillings lawful Money of Great Britain
       to him in Hand paid by the said Josias Adams at or before the ensealing and
       delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained
       and sold and by these Presents doth bargain and sell unto the said Josias Adams
       All those Tracts or Parcels of Plantable Land following called Dugliss Adventure
       containing One hundred Acres, one other Tract or Parcel of Land called Wade's
       Addition containing One hundred Acres one other Tract or Parcel of Plantable
       Land called Lim containing Two hundred Acres of Land one other Tract or Parcel
       of Plantable Land called Lim's Inlargement containing Two hundred and fifty
       Acres of Land all lying and being in Charles County aforesaid To have
       and to hold the said Tracts or Parcels of Land with the Appurtenances
