       of Plantable Land following Called Duglis Adventure containing One Hundred Acres
       of Land One Other Tract or Parcell of Plantable Land Called Wades Addition containing
       One Hundred Acres One other Tract or Parcell of Plantable Land Called Lim containing
       Two Hundred Acres of Land And One other Tract or Parcell of Plantable Land Called
       Lims Enlargement Containing Two Hundred and Fifty all lying and being in Charles
       County Aforesaid now being all in the Actual Possession of of the said Josias Adams by force
       of an Indenture of Bargain & Sale made thereof bearing date the day before the date of
       these presents and of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession To have and
       to hold all and singular the said Tracts or Parcells of Plantable Land and all and
       every the Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby given granted released and Confirmed
       or mentioned or intended to be hereby given granted released and confirmed unto the said
       Josias Adams and his Assigns to the Intent and Purpose that the said Josias Adams shall
       and may be perfect Tenant of the Freehold of all the said Lands and Premisses untill one
       or more good and perfect Recovery or Recoveries may be had against him the said Josias
       Adams of the same Lands and Premisses and it is Covenanted Concluded and Agreed by an
       between the said parties to these presents that it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the
       said Jeremiah Chase before the last day of May Provincial Term next Ensuing the Date
       of these presents to prosecute out of the high Court of Chancery one or more Evict or Evicts of
       Entry Sur Disseizin in le post Against the said Josias Adams returnable in the Provincial Court
       at Annapolis whereby the said Jeremiah Chase shall and may respectively demand against
       the said Josias Adams all and singular the aforementioned Lands and Premisses with
       the Appurtenances by such Name or Names Quantity or Quantitys Quality or Qualitys
       Number or Content of Acres as shall be thought fit and requisite unto which said Evict
       or Writts the said Josias Adams shall appear in proper Person or by his Attorney
       lawfully Authorized and shall vouch to warranty the said Prichard Wade who shall
       appear in his proper Person gratis upon the Voucher or by his Attorney lawfully Authorized
       and shall Enter into Warranty And shall Vouch over to Warranty the Common Vouchee
       And the Common Vouchee shall appear and imparl and afterwards make Default
       Whereby One or more Recovery or Recoveries Judgment or Judgments may be had or
       Given for the said Jeremiah Chase for Recovery of the said Tracts or Parcells of Land and
       Premisses aforesaid against the said Josias Adams And for the said Josias Adams to recover
       in Value against the said Richard Wade and for the said Richard Wade to recover over
       in Value against the Common Vouchee according to the Manner and Form of Common
       Recoveries in such Cases Uses And it is further Covenanted granted Concluded agreed and
