       Uses into Possession be enabled to take a Grant and Release of the Reversion
       and Inheritance of the said Tract or Parcel of Land hereby Bargained and Sold
       or intended so to be with the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging
       to them and their Heirs to such Uses and Purposes as shall be thereby declared

Ex.d      This Indenture made the Twenty second Day of June in the Year of
       our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty three Between Peregrine Frisby of Cecil
       County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one part and Frances
       Willson Mary Willson Elizabeth Willson and Anne Willson Daughters and Heir
       of Robert Willson late of Queen Annes County deceased of the other part
       Witnesseth that the said Peregrine Frisby for and in Consideration of the
       Sum of three hundred and thirty six Pounds fifteen Shillings Current Money
       to him in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and the said
       Frances Mary Elizabeth and Anne thereof & therefrom fully Acquitted and
       Discharged Hath granted bargained Sold Aliened Remised Released Enfeoffed
       and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant bargain Sell Alien Remise
       Release Enfeoff and Confirm unto them the said Frances Wilson Mary Willson
       Elizabeth Willson and Anne Willson (in their Actual Possession now being
       by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to them thereof made by the said Peregrine
       Frisby bearing date the Day next before the Day of these Presents for one
       whole Year commencing from the day next before the day of the date thereof
       and by force of the Statute Transferring Uses into Possession) their Heirs
       and Assigns All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Crafford
       containing Two hundred and sixty four Acres more or less lying and being
