       in Queen Annes County afsd and on Kent Island together with all and
       singular the Houses Edifices Buildings Profits Commodities and Advantages
       to the same belonging or in any wise Appurtaining and the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said
       Premisses with the Appurtenances and all the Estate Right Title Interest use
       Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Peregrine
       Frisby of into or out of the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses
       with the Appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel
       of Land and Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances unto them
       the said Frances Willson Mary Willson Elizabeth Willson and Anne Willson
       their Heirs and Assigns To the only proper Use and Behoof of them the said
       Frances Willson Mary Willson Elizabeth Willson and Mary Willson their
       Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever, and the said Peregrine Frisby his Heirs Exec.rs and Adm.rs the said
       Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses hereby Granted Remised Released &
       Confirmed or mentioned or intended so to be with their and every of their
       Appurtenances unto them the said Frances Willson Mary Willson Elizabeth
       Willson and Anne Willson their Heirs and Assigns against him the said
       Peregrine Frisby and his Heirs and also against all and all manner of
       Persons Claiming or to Claim any Right Title or Interest out of or in the same
       shall and will Warrant and for ever defend by these Presents In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their hands and
       Seals the Day and Year first above Written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered                                 Pereg Frisby   Seal
       in the Psence of Us
          Jacob Jones                                                      A Frisby
          Cha Scott

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed of Release was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Kent County fs.t   Then Came before Us the Subscribers two of his Lordships
       Justices of Kent County the within named Peregrine Frisby and Acknowledged
       the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and that the
       Tract of Land and Premisses therein Specifyed were the Right and Inheritance
       of them the within named Frances Willson, Mary Willson, Elizabeth
       Willson and Anne Willson their Heirs and Assigns according to the true
       intent and meaning of the said Deed   And also Anne the Wife of him
       the said Peregrine who being also Examined by us apart from and out of
       the hearing of her said Husband did declare the within mentioned Tract
       or Parcel of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances to be the
