438) Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed for the Uses ^and Purposes^ therein mentioned and that the House Lott and Premisses within Bargained and Sold are the Right and Estate of the within named James Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns according to the true Intent and meaning of the said Deed Geo Steuart 7.th November 1753 Reced the Sum of one Penny Sterl being the Alienation Fine of the within Land for the Use of the Right Honourable the Lord Propry Edw.d Lloyd Nov.r 7.th 1753 Rec.d to be Recorded and same day Recorded in Ann.ll County Land Records in Lib.r R B N.o 3 folio 632 P Jn.o Brice Clk 7 1/2 Recorded November 24.th 1753 Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty first day of June in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty three Between Peregrine Frisby of Cecil County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one part and Frances Willson Mary Willson Elizabeth Willson and Anne Willson Daughters and Heir to Robert Willson late of Queen Annes County deceased of the other part Witnesseth that the said Peregrine Frisby for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Current Money to him in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and the said Frances Mary Elizabeth and Anne thereof and therefrom fully Acquitted and discharged Hath granted bargained and Sold and by these Presents Doth grant bargain and Sell unto them the said Frances Willson Mary Willson Elizabeth Willson and Anne Willson their Exec.rs Adm.rs and Assignes All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Crafford Containing Two hundred and fifty four Acres more or less lying and being in Queen Annes County aforesaid and on Kent Island and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Land and Premisses with all and singular the Appurtenances herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and Sold unto them the said Frances Willson Mary Willson, Elizabeth Willson and Anne Willson their Exec.rs Adm.rs and Assigns from the day next before the day of the Date of these Presents for and during and untill the full end and Term of one whole Year from thence next following and fully to be Compleat and ended To the intent and purpose that the said Frances Mary Elizabeth and Anne may be in the Actual Possession of the hereby Bargained and Sold Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances and may hereby and by force and Virtue of the Statute for Transferring (Uses) |
