       the aforesaid Stephen Bordley and also the Pew belonging to the said Stephen
       Bordley in Annapolis Church under the Gallery at the West end of the said
       Church together with all Messuages Buildings Edifices Improvements
       Profits and Advantages whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise
       Appertaining, And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim
       and Demand whatsoever of him the said Stephen Bordley his Heirs and
       Assigns of in to or out of the said Brick House and Lot of Land and Premisses
       with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances and the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
       Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof Except and always Reserved
       to the said Stephen Bordley his Heirs and Assigns the Pew in the said Church
       on the East side of and Adjoining to the Isle leading from one Door of the said
       Church to the other To have and to hold all and singular the hereby Granted
       Premisses and every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging (except as before excepted) unto him the said James Maccubbin his
       Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said James
       Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or fo no other Use Intent or
       Purpose whatsoever, And the said Stephen Bordley for himself and his Heirs
       the hereby Bargained and Sold Premisses with the Appurtenances (except as
       before excepted) unto him the said James Maccubbin and his Heirs against him
       the said Stephen Bordley and his Heirs and against all other Persons claiming
       or to Claim by from or under him or them shall and will Warrant and for ever
       by these Presents defend  In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents
       have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and Seals the Day and Year
       above Written

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t
       Sealed and Delivered
       in the Presence of Us

       Received the Day and Year first within mentioned of and from the
       within named James Maccubbin the Sum of three hundred and fifty   350
       Pounds Current Money in full for the Consideration Money within
       mentioned to be by him paid to me

       October 31.st 1753   Came the within named Stephen Bordley before me one of
       his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and did Acknowledge the within
