       Edifices Improvements Profits and Advantages whatsoever to the same
       belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use
       Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said William
       Bordley his Heirs and Assigns of in to or out of the said Brick House and Lott
       of Land and Premisses with their and every of their Rights Members and
       Appurtenances and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder & Remainders
       Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof To have
       and to hold all and singular the hereby Granted Premisses and every part
       and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the
       said Stephen Bordley his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof
       of him the said Stephen Bordley his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or
       for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said William Bordley
       for himself his Executors and Administrators doth by these Presents Covenant
       Promise and Agree to and with the said Stephen Bordley his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns that he the said William Bordley hath not at any
       time heretofore made done committed or wittingly and willingly suffered any
       Act Matter or thing whatsoever whereby or by means whereof the said House
       Lott and Premisses with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging are or may be
       Charged Impeached or Incumbred in Title Charge Estate or otherwise howsoever
       and that he the said William Bordley notwithstanding any such Act matter
       or thing whatsoever by him committed done or wittingly or willingly suffered
       now hath in himself full Power good Right and Lawfull and Absolute
       Authority to Grant Bargain and Sell the said Premisses hereby Bargained
       and Sold or mentioned or intended so to be with their and every of their Appurtenances
       unto the said Stephen Bordley his Heirs and Assigns in manner aforesaid
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto
       interchangeably set their hands and Seals the Day and Year above written
