       of Joseph Smith and which was Purchased of Elizabeth Cart and also all that my
       Estate Containing about Eight hundred Acres be the same more or less situate near Bohemia
       Landing in Maryland formerly the Estate and Inheritance of WIlliam Badham and
       Purchased of him and also all that my Estate Containing about One hundred and sixty
       Acres be the same more or less situate near the Fork of Brandy Wine in Chester County
       in Pensylvania formerly the Inheritance of Daniel Collins and also all that my Estate
       Containing about five hundred Acres of Land be the same more or less Situate in
       Philadelphia County in Pensylvania near Perkeeming formerly the Estate & Inheritance
       of Thomas Cartmel and also all that my Estate Containing about One Thousand seven
       hundred Acres be the same more or less situate in New Jersey near Muskonetring
       River formerly the Estate of Francis Breckon and on Sale of the said Estates or any of
       them to Grant Release and Convey the same in my Name and to Sign Seal and Execute
       all and every Deed or Deeds and Writing which shall be Necessary for that Purpose in
       as full and ample manner to all intents & purposes whatsoever as if I the said John
       Hunt were Personally present and did the same Giving and Granting by these Presents
       to my said Attorney my Absolute & Lawfull Power and Authority in the execution
       and performance of all and singular the Premisses and to make Seal and Deliver any
       Release Discharge or Acquittance for me and in my Name as shall be Requisite for
       all or any of the Purposes afsd And generally to do and Execute all and every such
       further and other Lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts device and devices
       whatsoever which in & about the Premisses shall to my said Attorney seem
       fit to be done as fully and amply as I myself might or could do I personally present
       Ratifying Allowing and Confirming all and whatsoever my said Attorney shall
       Lawfully do or cause to be done in my Name by force and Virtue of these Presents
       In Witness whereof I the said John Hunt have to these Presents set my hand
       and Seal this Twenty third Day of April in the Twenty fifth Year of the Reign
       of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France
       and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord
       One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty two
