       Cripplegate London Gentleman On his Oath saith That John Hunt named in
       and Party to the said Poll or Letter of Attorney hereunto annexed did sign Seal
       and in due Form of Law deliver and execute the same deed for the Uses
       Intents and Purposes therein mentioned in the Presence of this Deponant and
       of John Sherly the other subscribing Witness to the said Deed
       Sworn at Guild Hall London                                                Will.m Shield

          Know all Men by these Presents that I John Hunt of London Merchant
       for divers good Causes and Considerations me hereunto moving have made ordained
       constituted and appointed and by these Presents do make ordain constitute and appoint
       and in my stead and Place put Robert Foster of London Merchant my true and
       lawfull Attorney for me and in my Name and to my own proper and Behoof to ask
       demand and require sue for recover and receive All such Debts Dues sum and sums of
       Money Payment Merchandizes Goods and Chattles due or to be due to me on any
       Book Bill Bond Notes or other Writings or in any other manner howsoever or which
       shall or may hereafter be due payable or belonging unto me from any Person or Persons
       whomsoever or howsoever and for him my said Attorney to make up settle and Ballance all
       and every Account or Accounts now depending or which shall or may hereafter be depending
       between me and any Person or Persons whomsoever In Virginia North Carolina Maryland
       Pensylvania the Jerseys and New York or in any other of the British
       Plantations in America and in making up such Account or Accounts to give full
       and absolute Discharges to all and every Person or Persons concerned or intended in such
       Account or Accounts and for him my said Attorney to compound release or discharge
       such Debt or Debts or any of them and on non Payment of any sum of sums of Money
       now due or hereafter to be due and owing unto me in any of the ^said^ Provinces in America
       from any Person or Persons whomsoever or on any Person or Persons with whom
       I now have ^had^ or hereafter shall have any joint Dealings refusing to settle and
       Ballance such account to sue implead or make answer prosecute and or
       defend in any Courts of Law or Equity and before any Judge or Justices or other
       Person or Persons in any Suit Action matter or Cause with me for me or against
       me as the Case shall require And to Deal & Intermeddle in any Actions Suits Affairs
       & Business's any ways concerning me as my Factor or Agent or otherwise And to Contract
       for Bargain or Sell all or any of my Lands Tenements and Hereditaments situate lying
       and being in Virginia Maryland Pensylvania and New Jersey (that is to say) All
       that my Estate containing about Two Thousand Acres of Land be the same more or less
       situate near the River of Mallapany in Virginia formerly the Estate & Inheritance
