       and expose to Sale or Vendue all and every the Premisses above mentioned for the
       best and highest Price that shall or may be Procured and upon Receipt of the Money
       that shall or may arise upon the Sale or Vendue ^as^ afsd shall in the first place apply
       the same in and towards the discharge and satisfaction of the Debt & Interest so
       due or that shall or may become due as afsd as also all the Cost and Charges
       which the said John Wardrop and Charles Grayhame have laid out and expended
       in and about the Suit or Action afsd and in Case that after such Application of the
       Money that shall and may arise upon the Sale afsd to the Purposes afsd there should
       be left or remain in the hands of the said Charles Grayhame and John Cooke or any
       of them or either of them any Surplus or Sum or Sums of Money to arise upon such
       Sale or Vendue as afsd that then and in such Case that such Surplus or remaining
       Sum or Sums of Money shall be paid to the said William Cumming or to such
       Person or Persons as he shall appoint the same to be paid to   In Witness whereof
       the Party first above mentioned hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the Day
       and Year first above Written
