       Seven Acres of Land more or less During the Naturall Life of the said Edmund Jenings
       To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land with the Appurtenances
       thereunto Belonging unto them the said John Brice and Sarah his Wife Marg.t
       Harriss and Daniel Cheston and Augustina his Wife and to their heirs and Assigns
       During the Naturall Life of the said Edmund Jenings to their only proper Use and
       behoof and to no other Use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the said Edmund Jenings
       hereby Covenants and Agrees to and with the said John Brice and Sarah his Wife
       Margaretta Harris and Daniel Cheston and Augustina his Wife that he the said
       Edmund Jenings the aforesaid Tract of Land and Premisses unto them the said John Brice
       and Sarah his Wife Margaretta Harriss and Daniel Cheston and Augustina his
       Wife their Heirs and Assigns against him the said Edmund Jenings shall and will
       Warrant and Defend by these Presents During the Naturall Life of the said Edmund
       Jenings In Witness Whereof the said Edmund Jenings hath hereunto set my
       hand and Seal and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year above Written

       Sealed and Delivered
       In the Presents of                                                            Edm Jenings   seal

                         On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t)

       Rec.d the 11.th day of August Anno Dom 1753 of the within named John Brice
       Margaretta Harriss and Daniel Cheston the sum of five Shillings Curr being the
       Consideration within Mentioned
       Witness                                                                     Edm Jenings

             On the 11.th day of August Anno Dom 1753 the within named Edmund
       Jenings Esq.r Acknowledged the within Deed According to Act of Assembly in
       that case made and Provided

       Recorded the 15.th August 1753


Ex.d To all to whom these Presents shall come Greeting
       Whereas The Right Honourable Frederick Lord Baltimore Absolute Lord
       and Proprietary of the Province of Maryland in America by Virtue of the Powers
       in the Letters Patent from King Charles the first to Cæcilius Baron of
       Baltimore his Heirs and Assigns of the Province of Maryland &c.a
