369) Claims of any Person or Persons whatsoever from by or under him the said Richard Everett or his Heirs and the said Richard Evrett doth for himself his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Richard Chew his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Richard Evrett and his Heirs the Tracts's of Lands and Premisses afsd with the Appurtenances unto the said Richard Chew his Heirs and Assigns shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter at the reasonable Request and at the Costs and Charges of the said Richard Chew his Heirs or Assigns do make suffer and execute any further Deed or Instrument in Writing such as the said Richard Chew ^his Heirs or Assigns^ or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised or required for the further and better Assuring Suretie Sure making the Lands & Premisses afsd unto the said Richard Chew his Heirs and Assigns In Witness whereof the said Richard Everett hath hereunto set his hand & Seal the day and Year aforesaid his Rich.d R E Everitt Seal Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of mark John Hepburn Will Thomas On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t 7.th March 1753 Then Came the within named Richard Everett before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court & Acknowledged the within Deed & the Lands & Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right of the within mentioned Richard Chew his Heirs and Assigns according to the true Intent & meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Cases made & Provided Also came Penelopa Wife of the said Richard Everett at the same time before me & Acknowledged her Right of Dower of the Lands and Premisses within mentioned to be the Right of the said Richard Chew his Heirs & Assigns being first Privately Examined out of the hearing of her Husband and she declared her Consent to the within Sale to be freely and without any Threats or Ill Usage of her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure Taken before me the day and Year aforesaid John Hepburn March 7.th 1753 Received of Richard Chew Ninety two Pounds Sterling the Consideration within mentioned his Rich.d R E Everitt Test John Hepburn Mark Received of M.r Richard Chew by the hands of Edward Dorsey four Shillings & five Pence three farthings Sterling for his Lordships Use (it being the Alienation Fine on the within mentioned Lands) by Virtue of a Commission from Benjamin Tasker Esq.r his said Lordships Agent & Receiver General Rich.d Dorsey 9 Recorded June 13.th 1753 |
