       of the said several Parcels of Land and Premisses untill one or more good and perfect
       Recovery or Recoverys may be had against him the said Oneal Robinson of the
       same Lands and Premisses And it is Covenanted Granted Concluded and Agreed
       by and between all the said parties to these Presents that it shall and may be
       Lawfull to and for the said Benjamin Beall before the last day of the next Provincial
       Court to Prosecute out of the high Court of Chancery one or more Writ or Writs of
       Entry sur Disseisin en le Post against the said Oneal Robinson returnable the next
       Provincial Court whereby the said Benjamin Beall shall and may respectively demand
       against the said Oneal Robinson all and singular the aforementioned Parcels of Land
       with the Appurtenances by such Name or Names Quantity or Quantities Quality
       or Qualities Numbers or Content of Acres as shall be thought fit and requisite
       unto which said Writ or Writs the said Oneal Robinson shall appear in Proper
       Person and shall Vouch to Warranty Thomas Cockey who shall appear Gratis upon
       the Voucher and shall enter into Warranty and shall Vouch over to Warranty the
       Common Vouchee, and the Common Vouchee shall appear and imparle and afterwards
       make default, whereby one or more Recovery or Recoverys Judgment or Judgments
       may be had and given for the said Benjamin Beall for Recovery of the said several
       Parcels of Land and Premisses against the said Oneal Robinson and for the said
       Oneal Robinson recover ^over^ in Value against the Thomas Cockey and for the said
       Thomas Cockey to recover ^over^ in Value against the Common Vouchee according to the
       manner and form of Common Recoverys in such Cases Used, And it is further
       Covenanted Granted Concluded and Agreed and declared by and between
       all and every the said Parties to these Presents and the true Intent and
       meaning of the parties to these Presents is, That from and immediately after
       the said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall be had Prosecuted and suffered
       as aforesaid of the said Premisses the said Recovery or Recoveries shall be &
       enure and shall be Construed Esteemed Adjudged and taken to be and enure and
       are hereby declared to have been intended to be and enure that the said
       Benjamin Beall and all and every other Person and Persons which shall be Seized
       of the Premisses or any part thereof by force or Virtue of the said Common Recovery
       or Recoverys shall stand and be Seized thereof and of ever part and Parcel thereof
       with their and every of their Appurtenances to the only Use and behoof of the said
       Oneal Robinson his Heirs and Assigns forever and to no other Use Intent or
       Purpose whatsoever   In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have
       ^hereunto^ Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the day and Year
