362) Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Second day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and fifty three Between Thomas Cockey of Baltimore County Gentleman of the first part Oneal Robinson of Ann Arundel County Planter of the second part and Benjamin Beall junior of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the third part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Cockey for and in Consideration of the Sum of Fifty nine Pounds five Shillings Current Money to him in hand paid by the said Oneal Robinson at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged Hath given granted released and confirmed and by these Presents Doth give grant release and confirm unto the said Oneal Robinson and his Heirs for ever All that part of a Tract or Parcel of Land called Huckleberry Forrest lying in Ann Arundel County and included in the following lines and bounds to wit Beginning at a bounded white Oak standing by a Branch called the Woolf Pitt Branch and in the Line of Lewis's Addition and running with the said line North West by North one hundred and fifty two Perches to a Bounded Pine of the said Addition South eighty one Degrees East sixty four Perches to a bounded Pine it being the Southermost bounded Tree of Francis Meads Land and running with the said Meads line East South East two hundred and fifty Perches to a Bounded red Oak then South West by South Ninety Perches to a Bounded Pine on the side of Cat Tail Creek then bounding on the said Creek West by North sixty eight Perches thence by a streight line to the first beginning Tree Containing and laid out for One hundred and thirty Acres of Land more or less Also all that Part or Parcel of a Tract of Land called Bare Neck which said part or Parcel a certain Thomas Cockey deceased Purchased of a certain John Mead as by Deed duly Executed and Recorded referrence being thereunto had may more at large appear Containing one hundred and seven Acres of Land All which said several Parcels of Land were late in the Tenure or Occupation of the said Thomas Cockey (but now in the Actual Possession of the said Oneal Robinson by force of an Indenture of Bargain & Sale thereof made bearing date the day before the date of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring of Uses into Possession being) To have and to hold all and singular the said several Parcels of Land and all and every the Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby given granted released and confirmed ^or mentioned or intended to be hereby given granted released and confirmed^ unto the said Oneal Robinson and his Heirs forever to the Intent and Purpose that the said Oneal Robinson shall and may be perfect Tenant of the Freehold (of) |
