       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Received of M.r Oneal Robinson the Sum of fifty nine Pounds five Shillings
       Current Money of Maryland being the Consideration Money within mentioned

       April the 24.th 1753   Received of M.r Oneal Robinson nine Shillings & six Pence
       Sterling for his Lordships Use (it being the Alienation Fine on the two hundred &
       thirty seven Acres of Land mentioned in the foregoing Deed) By Virtue of a Commission
10 sides from Benjamin Tasker Esq.r his said Lordships Agent & Receiver General

Ex.d               On the Seventh day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven
       hundred and fifty three Before me William Tudman Notary and Tabellion
       Publick dwelling in London duly Admitted and Sworn and Witnesses
       Personally appeared William Hunt Esquire of London Merchant Who Declared
       to have made Ordained constituted Authorized and Appointed and by these
       Presents doth make ordain constitute Authorize and Appoint Lancelot Jacques
       of the City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland Merchant or (in Case of
       the Death or Absence of the said Lancellot Jacques from the said Province of
       Maryland) Stephen Bordley of the City of Annapolis aforesaid Esquire his
       true and lawfull Attorney Giving and hereby Granting unto the said Lancelot
       Jacques or (in Case of the death or absence of the said Lancelot Jacques from
       the said Province of Maryland) to the said Stephen Bordley full Power and
       lawfull Authority for him the said Constituent in his Name and for his Use
       to Grant Bargain Sell Assign Enfeoffe Confirm and set over unto any
       Person or Persons whatsoever all or any part of the Plantation or Plantations
       Lands Negroes Chattels and Estate to him the said William Hunt belonging
       Situate lying and being in Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland
       aforesaid heretofore in the Tenure or Occupation of Aaron Rawlings late of
       the said Province of Maryland (deced) or and late or now in the Tenure or
       Occupation of him the said Constituent at and for the most and best Price
       or Prices Consideration or Purchase Money that can be had for the same
