       released and confirmed unto the said Thomas Jennings and his Heirs forever to
       the Interest and Purpose that the said Thomas Jennings shall and may be perfect
       Tenant of the said several Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses untill one or more
       good and perfect Recovery and Recoverys may be had against him the said Thomas
       Jennings of the same Land and Premisses, And it is Covenanted ^Granted and^ Concluded and
       Agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that it shall and
       may be Lawfull to and for the said Beale Nicholson before the last day of next
       Provincial Court to Prosecute out of the high Court of Chancery one or more Writ or
       Writs of Entry Sur Disseisin in the Post against the said Thomas Jennings
       returnable to the next Provincial Court whereby the said Beale Nicholson shall &
       may respectively Demand against the said Thomas Jennings the ^said^ several Tracts or
       Parcels of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances by such Name or Names
       Quantity or Quantities Quality or Qualitys Number or Content of Acres as shall be
       thought fit and requisite unto which said Writ or Writs the said Thomas Jennings
       shall appear in Proper Person and shall Vouch to Warranty the said Thomas
       Cockey and the said John Brice who shall appear Gratis upon the Voucher and
       shall enter into Warranty and shall Vouch over to Warranty the Common Vouchee
       and the Common Vouchee shall appear and imparle and afterwards make default
       whereby one or more Judgment or Judgments may be had and given for the said
       Beale Nicholson for Recovery of the said several Tracts or Parcels of Land and
       Premisses against the said Thomas Jennings and for the said Thomas Jennings to
       recover ^over^ in Value against the said Thomas Cockey and John Brice and for the
       said Thomas Cockey and John Brice to recover ^over^ in Value against the Common
       Vouchee according to the manner and form of Common Recoverys in such
       Cases Uses, And it is further Covenanted Concluded and Agreed and
       Declared by and between all and every the said Parties to these Presents
       and the true intent and meaning of the said parties to these Presents is that
       and immediately after the said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall be
       had prosecuted and suffered as aforesaid of the aforesaid Premisses the aforesaid
       Recovery or Recoveries shall be and enure and shall be Construed and
       Esteemed Adjudged and taken to be and enure that the said Beale Nicholson
       and all and every other Person or Persons which should be Seized of the
       Premisses or any part thereof by force or Virtue of the said Common Recovery
       or Recoverys shall stand and be Seized thereof and of every part & Parcel
       thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances to and for the Use of the
