       then North Seventy five Degrees West till it Intersects the lines of the said Land and then
       Reversing the said lines and with them North thirty six Degrees East two hundred and
       seventy two Perches then East thirty Perches then South forty five Perches then East
       forty Perches then South East forty Perches then South East by East eighteen Perches
       then South One hundred and forty Perches then West sixty one Perches then South twenty
       Seven Degrees West eighty Perches then South West sixty four Perches then South by West
       Sixty six Perches then West twenty Perches then South ^three^ three hundred and fifty six
       Perches then North sixty two Degrees West ninety four Perches then West eighty Perches

       Calvert and Elizabeth his Wife and each and every of them of into or out of the said
       Premisses herein before Granted To have and to hold the said part or Parcel of the
       Tract of Land afsd and all and singular the Premisses herein before mentioned to be
       Granted with their and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said
       Christopher Lowndes his Heirs and Assigns for ever And the said Benedict
       Calvert and Elizabeth his Wife do and each and every of them doth hereby Covenant
       Promise and Agree to and with the said Christopher Lowndes and his Heirs and Assigns
       by these Presents that they the said Benedict Calvert and Elizabeth nor either of them
       have made done Committed or Wittingly or Willingly suffered any Act matter or thing
       whatsoever whereby or by reason whereof the said above Granted Premisses or any part
       thereof is are shall or may be Impeached Charged or Incumbered in Title Charge
       Estate or otherwise howsoever   In Witness whereof they have hereunto Affixed
       their hand and Seal the day and Year above Written

       being the Consideration within mentioned

             Be it Remembered that on the twentieth day of February Anno Domini Seventeen
       hundred and fifty three Before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices Provincial
       Justices Personally appeared the within named Benedict Calvert Esq.r and Elizabeth his
       Wife Partys to the within and above Instrument of Writing and Acknowledged the same to
       be their and each of their Act and Acts Deed and Deeds and the Lands and
       Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named
