       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t)

       August Twenty ninth One thousand seven hundred and fifty two then came before me one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Andrew Scott and Acknowledged the
       within Deed and the Lands and Premisses to be the sole Right and Property of the within mentioned
       James Wardrop his heirs and Assigns according to the true Intent and meaning of said Deed taken
       and Acknowledged before me

Ex.d This Indenture made the third day of April in the Year of our Lord
       One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty two Between Margret Higginson of the Kingdom
       of Great Britain Widow and Heir at Law and Devisee of John Tailler late of London
       Merchant deceased of the one part and Daniel Dulany of Annapolis in the Province of
       Maryland Esquire of the other part Witnesseth that the said Margaret Higginson for and
       in Consideration of One hundred Pound Sterling to her in hand paid by the said Daniel
       Dulany the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged hath Granted Bargained Sold made
       over and Confirmed and doth by these Presents Grant Bargain Sell make over and
       Confirm ^unto the said Daniel Dulany^ All That Tract or Parcel of Land lying in Kent County in the said Province being
       part of Mitchells Park Beginning at a Bounded red Oak on the West side of a Branch
       called the Cypress Branch and running from the said Oak North Seventy Degrees East
       One hundred and fifty two Perches the West North West Forty eight Perches then North
       North East two hundred perches then East South East eighty Perches then South South
       West One hundred and sixty eight Perches then North Seventy Degrees East two hundred &
       thirty Perches then North Sixty two Degrees East three hundred and Ten Perches then
       North West Ninety two Perches then North eighty three Degrees West sixty then South &
       by West one hundred Perches then West and by North One hundred and sixty Perches then
       North and by West One hundred and twenty Perches then North Twenty Degrees East
       ninety Perches then North forty eight Degrees West twenty six Perches then North thirty
       five Degrees East forty Perches then North twenty one Degrees East thirty eight
       Perches then North fourteen Degrees West eighteen Perches then North forty nine
       Degrees Eighteen Perches then seven Degrees West Seventy two Perches then North
       twenty two Degrees West fifty Perches then North sixty Degrees West two hundred and
       thirteen Perches then South Six Degrees East One hundred and fifty Perches then south
       thirty five Degrees West One hundred and fourteen Perches then South eleven Degrees
       fifteen Minutes East sixty Perches then West Seventy Perches then West fifty one Degrees
       South three hundred and thirteen Perches the West Sixty three Degrees South One hundred
       and Seventy Perches then South twenty seven Degrees East One hundred and forty
       Perches then with a streight line to the beginning Tree Containing and now laid out for
       One Thousand six hundred and fifty Acres of Land excepting three hundred and tw
       twenty five acres and the Exception in Mitchells Deed with all Buildings
