       Claiming by from or under him them or any of them shall and will for ever Warrant
       and defend by these Presents and and the said Thomas Cockey further Covenants and
       Agrees to and with the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns to suffer a Common
       Recovery such as the said John Brice his Heirs or Assigns shall Devise for the Docking and
       Cutting off the Intail of the said Land to and for the Use of the said John Brice so as the
       same be done at the said John Brices Sole Cost and Charge  in Witness whereof the said
       Thomas Cockey hath hereunto set his hand and Affixed his Seal the day and Year
       above Written

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t
   
        Reced the 13.th of Oct.r 1752 of John Brice the Sum of fifty five Pounds Current
       Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned

       On the 13.th day of October 1752 The within Named Thomas Cockey Acknowledged the
       within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses
       therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named John Brice his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning of the same Deed and
       the Act of Assembly in that Case made & Provided

       October the 13.th 1752  Received of John Brice Esq.r two Shillings and ten Pence half Penny
       Sterling for his Lordships Use (it being the Alienation Fine) on the within mentioned
       Land supposing the part of the Tract of Land called the Landing Conveyed by the
       within Deed to Contain but Fifty Acres) By Virtue of a Commission from Benj.a
       Tasker Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General

                         Know all Men by these Presents That I Codrington Carrington of the
       Parish of S.t Michael in the Island aforesaid Merchant Have Constituted Ordained & made
       and in my Name stead and place put and by these Presents Do Constitute Ordain and
       make and in my stead and place put M.r William Govane Merchant in Maryland to be
       my true sufficient and Lawfull Attorney for me and in my Name and stead and to my
       Use to Ask Sue Arrest Demand Levy Require Attach Recovery and Receive of and
       from all and every Person and Persons whomsoever the same shall and may concern
       all and singular Sum and Sums of Money Debts Goods Wares Merchandize Effects &
       things whatsoever and wheresoever they shall and may be found due Owing Payable
       belonging and coming unto me the Constituent by any ways or means whatsoever
       nothing excepted or reserved Giving and hereby Granting unto my said Attorney
       my full and whole Strength Power and Authority in and about the Premisses And to
       take and Use all due means Course and Process in the Law for the Obtaining and
       Recovering the same and of Recoverys and Receipts therein my Name to make seal
       and Execute due Acquittances and Discharges and for the Premisses to appear and the
       Person of me Constituent to Represent before any Governor Judges Justices Officers
       and Ministers of the Law whatsoever in any Court or Courts of Judicature
