Ex.d This Indenture made this thirty first day of March and in the Year of our Lord God
       One Thousand Seven hundred fifty and two Between Solomon Turner and Jane his Wife of
       Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one part and Samuel Molton
       and Negro Robert of the County and Province afores.d and Shadarick Hyatt and Henry Leak
       as Trustees, of Frederick County in the Province afsd Planters Witnesseth that the Solo.n
       Turner and Jane his Wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of eighteen Pounds twelve
       Shill.s Currant Money of Maryland in hand to him paid the Receipt whereof he doth
       hereby Acknowledge himself to be fully Satisfyed Contented and paid Hath Given Granted
       Bargained and Sold and doth by these Presents fully Clearly and Absolutely Give Grant
       Bargain Sell ^Assign^ Alien Enfeoff ^Transfer^ and Confirm unto the said Samuel Molton and Robert and
       also unto the said Shadarick Hyatt and Henry Leak, as Trustees for the said Molton and
       Robert their Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Tract or Parcel of Land being part of a Tract of
       a Tract or Parcel of Land called Ralphs lying and being in Prince Georges County in the
       Province afsd and Beginning at the end of Second line of the said Tract of Land called Ralphs
       and running thence North West eighty Perches to afore Notch Poplar then North fifty two
       Degrees West twenty four Perches then South forty Degrees West forty six Perches then South
       forty nine Degrees East thirty eight Perches then South twenty seven Degrees East
       Twenty Perches then South forty two Degrees East twenty five Perches then East thirty
       Perches then with a streight line to the first beginning Containing and laid out for
       thirty one Acres of Land more or less Together with all and singular the Fences Timber
       Timber Trees Woods and Underwoods ways Easments Profits Priviledges Jurisdictions
       Casualties and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Land belonging or in any wise
       appertaining and all and singular the Messuages Lands and Tenements Meadows
       Leasues Pastures Commons Waters Rents Reversions Services and Hereditaments whatsoever
       To have and to hold the afsd hereby Granted thirty one Acres of Land and
       all other the hereby Granted Lands and Premisses with their Appurtenances and every part &
       Parcel thereof unto the said Samuel Molton and Negro Robert and also the said Shad.k
       Hyatt and Henry Leak as Trustees their Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other
       Intent or Purpose whatsoever but the Sole only and proper Use and Behoof of the said Sam.l
       Molton and Robert their Heirs and Assigns for ever Free'd Cleared and Clearly
       Acquitted Exonerated and Discharged of and from all manner of Incumbrances whatsoever
       and the said Solomon Turner and Jane his Wife doth hereby for themselves their Heirs
       Exec.rs and Adm.rs Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Samuel Molton and
       Negro Robert their Heirs and Assigns in manner and form following that is to say
       That the said Solomon Turner is and now standeth Lawfully and Rightfully Seized
       of and in the Premisses and in every part and Parcel thereof and that he has good
       Right full Power and Absolute Authority to Sell and Convey the same in manner &
       form aforesaid unto the said Samuel Molton and Robert their Heirs and Assigns
       for ever And also that the said Solomon Turner and Jane his Wife their Heirs Exors or
       Adm.rs shall and will at all times at the Request and at the Cost and Charges in
       the Law of the said Samuel Molton and Robert or at the request of their Trustees
       their Heirs or Assigns make suffer and Acknowledge all such Deeds and Conveyances
       in the Law as by the said Samuel Molton and Robert their Heirs or Assigns or their
       Council learned in the Law shall be Advised or required for the further better & sure
       making all and singular the hereby Granted Thirty one Acres of Land and Premisses
       unto the said Samuel Molton and Robert their Heirs and Assigns for ever against
       him the said Solom.n Turner his Heirs or Exors and against all manner of persons
