       Heirs and Assigns as his or their Council Learned in the Law shall Reasonably devise
       Advise or Require so as such Conveyances contain no other Covenant than as above
       set forth and so as the Parties to Execute the same are not Oblidged to travel above the
       Space of ^Ten^ Miles from the Place of their Respective Habitations In Witness whereof
       the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Seals

       Provincial Justices personally appeared David Ross of Bladensburg Merchant Who by Virtue
       of a Power of Attorney (from the within named William Tower Bartholomew Pomeroy and
       Joseph Janson assignees of the Commissioners of Bankruptcy bearing Date the 14.th day
       of February 1752 proved by the Witnesses thereto on the 14.th day of September 1752) Acknowledged
       the Within Release to be the Act and Acts Deed and Deeds of the Within named William Tower
       Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson assignees as aforesaid and the Lott piece or parcell
       of Ground therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named James
       Dobbins his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent and meaning
       of the said same Deed and the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided
