       And All the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever both in
       Law and Equity of the said John Philpot and John Hutchinson or of them the said
       William Tower Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson and every of them of in and
       to the same Premisses and every Part and Parcel thereof together with all Deeds
       Evidences Escripts Minuments and Writings Whatsoever touching or concerning
       the same Premisses only now in the Custody and Power of them the said William
       Tower Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson or any of them or which they or
       any of them can or may come at without Suit in Law or Equity To have and
       To hold the said Piece or Parcell of Land or Ground Messuage or Tenement
       Hereditaments and all and singular other the Premisses with their Appurtenances
       above released or mentioned or Intended so to be unto the said James
       Dobbins his Heirs and Assigns to the Only proper Use and Behoof of the said
       James Dobbins his Heirs and Assigns for ever And the said William Tower
       Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson do hereby severally for themselves and their
       Respective Heirs Executors and Administrators and nor the One for the Other or for
       the Acts or Deeds of the Other covenant promise and agree to and with the said James
       Dobbins his Heirs and Assigns in manner and form following that is to say that
       they the said William Tower Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson have ^not^ nor
       hath any of them at any Time heretofore done or committed any Act Matter or thing
       whatsoever whereby or by means whereof the said Ground Land Messuage or Tenement
       Hereditaments & Premisses hereby Released or mentioned or intended so to be or any
       Part thereof is are or shall or may be impeached charged or Incumbred in Title
       Charge Estate or otherwise Howsoever And That they the said William Tower Bartholomew
       Pomeroy and Joseph Janson and all and every other Person and Persons having
       or lawfully Claiming or which shall or may have or Lawfully claim any Estate
       Right Title or Interest of into or Out of the said Ground Land Messuage or
       Tenement Hereditaments and Premisses or any part thereof hereby released
       or mentioned or intended so to be by from or under or in Trust for them or any of
       them shall and will from Time to Time and at All Times hereafter at the  
       Request Costs and Charges of the said James Dobbins his Heirs or Assigns
       Make Do Acknowledge Levy Suffer and execute or cause or procure to be made
       Done acknowledged Levyed suffered and executed all and every other such further
       and other Lawfull and Reasonable Act and Acts thing and things Devices Conveyances
       and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further Better and More perfect and
       Absolute Conveying and Assuring the said Ground Land Messuage or Tenement
       Hereditaments and Premisses hereby Released or Mentioned or Intended so to be with
       their and every of their Appurtenances unto the Use of the said James Dobbins
