303) or Tenement belonging for the Sum of Two Hundred and Ninety five Pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Britain Now This Indenture Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the Sum of Two Hundred and Ninety five Pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Brittain to them the said William Tower Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson in hand well and truly paid by the said James Dobbins before the ensealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof they the said William Tower Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson do hereby Acknowledge and Confess and thereof and of every part thereof acquit Release exonerate and di^s^charge the said James Dobbins his Heirs executors and Administrators and every of them for ever by these Presents they the said William Tower Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson have and each and every One of them hath Bargained Sold Remised released and Confirmed and by these presents Do and each and every of them Doth for himself and themselves and his and their heirs bargain sell remise release and Confirm unto the said James Dobbins in his Actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made for One whole year by the said William Tower Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson in consideration of Ten Shillings a piece by Indenture bearing date the day next before the Day of the Date hereof and Sealed and Executed before the sealing and executing of these presents and by force and Virtue of the Statute made for Transferring Usses into Possession and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that the said Piece or Parcell of Ground or Land containing by estimation One Acre be the same more or Less Situate lying and being in or near Baltimore Town in the County of Baltimore in the Province of Maryland marked out in Two Lots according to the Custom of the said Province and which two Lotts are Numbred fifty Nine and Sixty together with a large Brick Messuage or Tenement on the said Land or Ground Erected and Built which Messuage or Tenements and some part of the Land or Ground hereby or intended to be hereby granted are now or lately were in the Tenure and ^or^ Occupation of Captain Michael Hubbard his undertennants or Assigns and the Rest of the Land Ground and premisses are now or lately were unoccupied and untenanted and also all Houses Outhouses Barnes Stables Sheds Edifices Erections and Buildings Yards Gardens Orcha^rds^ Lands Meadows Pastures Marsh Grounds Commons and Common of Pasture Banks Pates Mounds Fences Ditches Ways Paths Passages Waters Water Courses Trees Woods Underwoods Profitts Rights Priviledges Members Comoditys Advantages Emoluments Hereditaments and Appurtenances Whatsoever on or to the said Piece or Parcell of Land or Ground Messuage or Tenement Hereditaments and Premisses or any part or Parcel thereof belonging or in anywise appertaining or therewith now or heretofore usually used Occupyed or Enjoyed whether the said Land Ground Messuage or Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses go by the same Name or Names and Descriptions or any other Names and Descriptions than what is or are herein before mentioned And the Reversion and Reversions remainder and remainders rents Issues and Profitts of all and singular the said Premisses and every Part and parcell thereof (And) |
