302) their Heirs and Assigns all and singular the Messuages Lands Grounds Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses as well Freehold as Coppy Hold whereof or wherein the said John Philpot and John Hutchinson or either of them then was ever or at or since the Time they became Bankrupts as aforesaid were anyways seized possessed of or interested in any Estate of Inheritance for Life or Lives and all their Estate and Interest therein in Possession Reversion Remainder or Expectancy situate lying and being as well in Great Brittain as in divers other parts and Places beyond the seas with their and every of their Appurtenances together with all Ways Waters Water Courses Commons and lights of Common Lights Easments Buildings Gardens Profits Priviledges Comodities preheminences and Emoluments whatsoever belonging or in any wise appertaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and Profitts thereof And all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever of in and to the same and every part and parcell thereof and together with all Deeds Evidences and Writings concerning the same To Hold unto the said William Tower Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson their Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of the said William Tower Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson their Heirs and Assigns for ever upon Trust nevertheless and to and for the Use Benefit and Advantage of all and every the Creditors of the said John Philpot and John Hutchinson who had then already come in and sought relief or should hereafter in due Time come in and Seek relief as Creditors under the said Commission or any renewed Commission against the said John Philpot and John Hutchinson and duly prove and Ascertain their several and Respective Debts under the same according to the Directions and Limitations of the several Statutes in that Behalf made and provided and as should or might be proved under after payment and Satisfaction of all such Debts as should or might be proved under the said Commission or any renewed Commission against the said John Philpot and John Hutchinson and the Charges of suing forth and prosecuting the same In Trust for the said John Philpot and John Hutchinson their Heirs or Assigns according to the Statutes and the true intent and meaning thereof and to and for no other Use intent or purpose whatsoever as in and by the said above in part recited Indenture or Bargain and Sale Inrolled in his Majesty's Court of King's Bench at Westminster Relation being thereunto had may more fully appear And Whereas the said James Dobbins party hereto hath contracted and agreed for the absolute Purchase of the Freehold and Inheritance of the said Piece or parcell of Land or Ground containing about an Acre be the same more or less Situate and being in or near Baltimore Town in the County of Baltimore in the Province of Maryland marked out in Two lotts according to the Custom of the said Province and which Two Lotts are numbred Fifty nine and sixty together with a large Brick Messuage or Tenement on the said Land or Ground Erected & Built and also all other the Premisses to the said Land or Ground Messuage (or) |
