299) Messuage and Tennement Hereditaments and [illegible] Premisses go by the same Name or Names and Discriptions or any other names and Discriptions than what is herein before mentioned and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Proffits of all and singular the said Premisses and every part and Parcel thereof To have & to hold the said Peice or Parcel of Land ^or^ and Grand Messuage or Tennement Hereditaments and ^all &^ singular other the Premisses with their appurtenances hereby or mentioned or Intended to be hereby granted bargained and sold unto the said James Dobbins his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the Date of the Date hereof for and during and unto the full end and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensueing and fully to be Complete and ended Yeilding and Paying therefore the Yearly rent of one Pepper Corn at the Expiration of the said Term if the same shall be Lawfully demanded to the Intent and Purpose that by Virtue of these Presents and by force of the statute made for Transferring uses into Possession he the said James Dobbins may be in the Actual Possession of all and singular the said Premisses above bargained and sold with the^ir^ appurtenances and be thereby Enabled to accept and take a Grant and release of the Freehold Reversion and Inheritance of the same Premisses and of every part and Parcel thereof to the said James Dobbins his heirs and Assigns to the uses and upon the Trusts thereof to be declared by another Indenture already Prepared and intended to be Dated the Day next after the Day of the Date hereof In Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and seals the Day and Year first above written William seal Tower Barth seal Pomeroy Joseph seale Janson On the Aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t Sealed and Delivered /being first duly stamped/ in the Presence of Ch.s Hammond Jun.r Isaac Johns On the 16.th Day of September Anno Dom Walter Scott 1752 before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the Provincial Court Personally appeared David Ross of Bladensburgh in the Province of Maryland Merchant who by Virtue of a Power of Attorney from the within named William Tower Bartholomew Pomeroy & (Joseph) |
