       afsd Personally came the within named Rachel Anderson and did Acknowledge the
       within Deed in due form of Law

Ex.d This Indenture made this twentieth day of May in the Year of our Lord Seventeen
       hundred and fifty two Between Philip Holleager formerly of Kent County in the Province of
       Maryland but now of Kent County upon Delaware Yeoman Eldest Son and Heir at Law to Phillip
       Holeager late of Kent County in the Province of Maryland deceased who was Heir at Law to
       Phillip Holeager of the same County and Province who Surveyed and took up the Land herein
       after mentioned called Phillips Choice of the one part and Thomas Harris of Queen Annes
       County in the afs.d Province of Maryland of the other part Witnesseth that the said Phillip
       Holeager for and in Consideration of the Sum of One hundred and fifty six Pounds Current
       Money of Pensylvania to him the said Phillip Holleadger by the said Thomas Harris in
       hand paid the Receipt whereof the said Phillip Holledger doth hereby Acknowledge and
       thereof doth hereby Acquit Exonerate and discharge the said Thomas Harris his Heirs Exors
       and Adm.rs Hath Granted Bargained and Sold Released and Confirmed and by these Presents
       Doth Grant Bargain and Sell Release and Confirm unto the said Thomas Harris to his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever All that Tract of Land called Phillips Choice lying in Kent County in the
       afs.d Province of Maryland near the head of a Creek Issuing out of Sassafras River called
       Island Creek Beginning at a marked White Oak at the Southermost Bounds of a Tract of
       Land called Varins and running from the said Tree South two hundred and fifteen Perches
       and then East three hundred Perches and then North two hundred and fifteen Perches and then
       with a streight line to the beginning Containing four hundred Acres more or less which is now
       in the Possession of the said Thomas Harris together with all the Houses Orchards
       Gardens Fences Timber Woods and Improvements or Advantages whatsoever to the same Land
       belonging or in any wise appertaining or in or upon the same growing happening or
       arising, and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand
       whatsoever both in Law and Equity of him the said Phillip Holeager to the afsd Tract
