       Maryland Baltimore County fs.t
                                                         These are to Certify all whom it doth or may Concern that Lyde
       Goodwin and Nicholas Ruxton Gay of Baltimore County Gentlemen by and before whom the above
       Acknowledgement was taken and signed at the time of their taking and signing the same and long
       before were and yet are two of his Lordships the Right Hobble the Lord Prepares of the Province of
       Maryland afsd his Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County aforesaid in the same Province thereunto
       ^duly &^ legally Assigned Commissioned Qualifyed and Authorized and that to all Acknowledgements before them
       so taken and by them so signed full Faith and Credit is and ought to be given in Justice Court
       and thereout
                                                 In Testimony I have hereunto set my hand and Affixed the Publick
                               Seal            Seal of Baltimore County this Tenth day of April in the Year of our
                                                 Lord Christ One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty two

       Received of M.r William Lux Eleven Shillings and ten pence Sterling for his Lordships Use it being
       the Alienation fine on the within mentioned Two hundred ^and ninety five^ Acres of Land by Virtue of a Commission
16   from Benj.a Tasker Esq.r his said Lordship Agent and Receiver General

Ex.d This Indenture made the twenty first day of April in the Year of our Lord God One Thousand
       seven hundred and fifty two Between Rachel Anderson of Somerset County in the Province of
       Maryland Widow & Relict of John Anderson of the County & Province afsd Deceased of the one part
       and David Anderson of the County and Province afsd Son to the afsd Rachel Anderson & John
       Anderson of the other part Whereas the said John Anderson by his last Will & Testament
       Devised unto the said Rachel Anderson his Wife All that part of his Dwelling Plantation called
       Andersons Adventure Scituate lying and being in the County af.d and Adjoining to Princes
       Ann Town to wit all that part of the afsd Tract of Land which lay between the main Road
       that leads through Town and the Creek being the Main Branch of Monokin River be the
       same more or less as in and by the said Will relation being thereunto had may appear
       Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Rachel Anderson for and in Consideration
       of the Natural Love and Affection which I bear towards my said Son David Anderson as
       also for divers other good Causes and Considerations Hath Given Granted Conveyed and
       Confirmed And by these Presents Doth Give Grant Convey and Confirm unto my said
       Son David Anderson All that the afsd Parcel of Land as above described unto him the said
       David Anderson his Heirs and Assigns for ever Together with all Buildings Orchards Gardens
       Fences Improvements Profits Previledges Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the afsd Parcel of Land belonging or in any manner appertaining To have and
       to hold the afsd Parcel of Land unto the said David Anderson his Heirs & Assigns
       for ever to the only proper Use and behoof of him the said David Anderson his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever Provided always and it is the true Intent and meaning of these
       Presents That the said Rachel Anderson shall hold Occupy and Enjoy the said Parcel of
       Land hereby intended to be Conveyed for and during the Term of her Natural life
       without any Disturbance or Molestation from any Person whatsoever In Witness
       whereof he hath hereto set her hand and Affixed her Seal the day and Year
