265) Seventy five Degrees West One hundred and thirty eight Perches to the Piney Falls then North thirteen Degrees West thirty two Perches across the afsd John Chance to the end of the forty sixth Course of the afsd Johns Chance then with the said Land North fifty seven Degrees East Seventy six Perches still with the said Land North Seventy Degrees East sixty Perches still with the said Land South thirty One Degrees East eighty Perches still with the said Land North fifty six Degrees East fifty Perches still with the said Land North Seventy Degrees East sixty Perches still with the said Land North Eleven Degrees East thirty two Perches still with the said Land North forty two Degrees East thirty two Perches still with the said Land North sixty five Degrees East forty Perches still with the said Land North three Degrees West thirty two Perches still with the said Land North forty eight Degrees West fifty eight Perches still with the said Land North thirty nine Degrees East forty Perches still with the said Land North seventy Degrees East twenty six Perches still with the said Land North two Degrees West forty Perches still with the said Land North sixty seven Degrees East fifty Perches still with the said Land South forty five Degrees East One hundred Perches still with the said Land South Seventeen Degrees East thirty Perches still with the said Land South eighty one Degrees East One hundred and twenty Perches still with the said Land South sixty four Degrees East fifty six Perches to Abels Browns part of the afsd Johns Chance then South twenty nine Degrees West fifty four Perches across the afsd John's Chance to the end of the eighty fifth Course of the afsd Johns Chance then with the said Land North Seventy two Degrees thirty Minutes West One hundred and four Perches still with the said Land South fifty Degrees West forty Perches then with a Streight line to the first beginning Containing and now laid out for Four hundred Acres of Land more or less Together with all & singular the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the said four hundred Acres of Land afsd together with all and singular the Premisses and Appurtenances unto the said Adam Shipley his Heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Adam Shipley his Heirs and Assigns forever And the said John Hammond and his Heirs the said four hundred Acres of Land unto the said Adam Shipley and his Heirs in manner and form afsd Conveyed against him the said John Hammond and his Heirs and against all and every other Person and Persons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him the said John Hammond his Heirs or Assigns shall and will Warrant & forever defend And Lastly the said John Hammond doth Covenant Promise and Agree for himself and his Heirs Executors Adm.rs to and with the said Adam Shipley his Heirs That he the said John Hammond his Heirs Executors Administrators shall and will from time to time & at all times hereafter at the reasonable request and at the Cost and Charges in the Law of the said Adam Shipley his Heirs and Assigns make such further and other Grant and Assurance for the Sure making and Confirming the afsd Land and Premisses unto the said Adam Shipley by his Council learned in the Law be Reasonably Devised Advised or Required In Witness whereof the Parties first above named hath hereunto set his hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered Jn.o Hammond Seal in Presence of Us Robert Gordon Josiah Wilson On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t (January) |
