       Jan.ry 27.th 1752   Then Came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court the within named John Hammond Son of Charles and Acknowledged the within
       Indenture to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be
       the Right of the within Named Adam Shipley his Heirs & Assigns for ever
       Taken and Acknowledged before Us the day and Year abovesaid

       Mem.d on the 25.th Day of February Anno Dom 1752 Ann the Wife of the above & within
       Named John Hammond being Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband released
       her Right of Dower in the within mentioned Land and declared that she did the same
       willingly and freely and without being Induced thereto by fears or threats or Ill Usage
       of her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure before me one of the Justices of the
       Provincial Court

Ex.d Vide Mortgage to which the following Assignment belongs Recorded heretofore in Liber E I
       N.o 3 folio 86

       In Consideration of Twelve Pounds Sterling and four hundred and fifty Pounds of Tobacco
       received from Christopher Duke of Baltimore County I have Assigns sett over and Transferred
       And by these Presents do Assign sett over and Transferr unto the said Christopher Duke
       his Heirs and Assigns All my Right Title Interest Claim and Demand in Law and
       Equity to the within Mortgaged Land and Premisses Witness my hand and Seal this 28.th
       day of April 1752

       On the 28.th Day of April 1752   Came Tobias Stansbury before me the Subscriber one of
       the Lord Proprietarys Justices of the Peace for Ann.ll County and make Oath on the Holy
       Evangels of Almighty God that he saw Daniel Dulany Esquire Sign Seal and Deliver
       the Assignment Contained on the back of the within Mortgage as his Act and Deed

Ex.d This Indenture made this thirtieth Day of April in the Year of our Lord One
       Thousand Seven hundred and fifty two Between Edward Neale of Queen Annes
       County Gentleman of the one part and Edmund Jenings of the City of Annapolis Esquire
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said Edward Neale for and in Consideration of Two
       hundred and Seventy Seven Pounds two Shillings Sterling to him in hand paid by the
       said Edmund Jenings at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge Hath Given Granted Bargained & Sold
