       and released Tracts and Parcels of Land with the Appurtenances to which said Writ or Writs the same
       Thomas Butler shall appear Gratis and shall Vouch to Warranty thereof the afsd John Rogers and
       Anne his Wife Partys to these Presents who shall so appear and enter into Warranty and Vouch over
       the Common Vouchee who shall also appear and enter into Warranty for the afsd Granted and Released
       Lands and Premisses with the Appurtenances and then shall Imparle and afterwards depart in
       Contempt of the Court and make default so that thereupon one or more Common Recovery or
       Recoverys with double Voucher over shall and may be had and suffered and executed and all and every
       other thing and things done and perfected needfull and necessary for the having suffering and
       Perfecting the Recovery or Recovery afsd according to the Course of Common Recoverys in such Cases
       Used and that the same Recovery or Recoverys shall be Executed by Writ or Writs of Habere facias
       Seizinam And it is hereby further Covenanted Granted Concluded and Agreed by and between
       all the Parties afores.d to these Presents and every of them for themselves and their Heirs respectively
       that the same Recovery and Recoverys and all Recoverys Settlements and Assurances had
       or to be had made Levyed Executed or Suffered by or between the Partys afsd or any of them of or
       for the afsd hereby Granted Released & mentioned Tracts and Parcels of Land with the Appurtenances
       and of or for each and every of them shall be and enure and shall be Deemed Adjudged
       and taken to be and enure to and for the Uses hereafter mentioned that is to say All and singular
       the above Granted and mentioned Lands and Premisses the afsd Northern Moiety of the afsd Land
       called Chesterfield only excepted to and for the proper Use of the afsd Thomas Butler his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever And the afsd Northern Moiety of Chesterfield afsd to and for the
       proper Use of the afsd Anne Wife of the afsd John Rogers for and during the Term of the Natural
       life of her the same Anne and from and after the Death of ^her^ the same Anne to and for the
       Sole and proper Use of the afsd Thomas Butler his Heirs and Assigns for ever and that from and
       after the suffering & executing the Recoverys afsd the same Anne shall be Virtue thereof &
       of these Presents stand and be Seized of the same Northern Moiety of Chesterfield afsd
       during the Term of her Natural life and the same Thomas Butler from and immediately
       after the Decease of the same Ann shall stand and be Lawfully Seized of the said Northern
       Moiety of Chesterfield afsd to and for the proper Use of him the said Thomas Butler his Heirs
       & Assigns for ever and that from and after the Suffering and Executing the Recoverys aforesaid
       the said Thomas Butler shall by Virtue thereof and of these Presents stand and be Seized
       of all and every of the other Lands herein mentioned to and for the proper Use of him the same
       Thomas Butler his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to or for no other use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever   In Witness whereof the Partys afsd have hereunto Interchangeably set their
       hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written
