       limitted or declared of for or concerning all that Northermost Moiety or half part of a Tract of Land
       lying and being in Queen Annes County afsd on the North side of Corsica Creek called and known by
       the Name Chesterfield the same whole Tract beginning at a marked Oak at the Mouth of Aulder
       Branch and running South South East up the Creek two hundred Perches to a marked Beach then
       East North East into the Woods three hundred and twenty Perches then North North West untill it
       Intersects a Paralell from the first Tree Containing in the whole Tract four hundred Acres of Land
       more or less The said Northern Moiety to be divided from the other or Southern Moiety thereof by a line
       drawn East North East across the same Tract And of for in or concerning One undivided Moiety or
       half part of all that other Tract of land lying and being in Queen Annes County afsd called
       Triangle on the North side of Corsica Creek afsd beginning at a marked Beech standing by the
       Creek side being a Bounded Tree of a Parcel of Land formerly laid out for George Pascall and
       running thence East with Pascalls Land two hundred and eighty Perches then South One
       hundred and sixteen Perches untill it meets with a Parcel of Land laid out for William Hemsly
       and then West North West with the said Hemslys Land to the first marked Beech Containing
       in the whole One hundred Acres of Land more or less, and of for in or Concerning one undivided
       Moiety or half part of all that other Tract of Land called Triangle Addition lying and being
       in Queen Annes County afsd on the North side of Corsica Creek afsd beginning at a marked
       red Oak standing at the end of the East North East line of Triangle afsd and running with
       Petersons Land East North East forty five Perches then North North West with the said Land
       sixty Perches to a Parcel of land now or heretofore in the Possession of John Hart and with the
       said Land East two hundred and seventy Perches to a Parcel of Land formerly laid out for Rich.d
       Jones jun.r called Jones's Farm then with Jones's Farm South South West One hundred and
       sixty Perches then with the said Land East South East eighty Perches to the Land of Robert
       Norrist then with his Land South ninety Perches to a Parcel of Land formerly laid out for
       Jonathan Syberry then with Syberrys Land West Two hundred and fifty Perches and then
       with George Pascalls Land and Triangle to the first Tree Containing in the whole three
       hundred Acres of Land more or less And of for in or Concerning All that other Tract of Land
       called Triangle lying and being in Queen Annes County afsd on the North side of Corsica
       Creek afsd Beginning at a marked Oak being the Bounded Tree of the Land of William
       Hemsly and running North fifty four Perches across the Cove to Christopher Denny's Land
       and with his land East by North three hundred Perches to the said Hemslys Land and then
       with a streight line to the first bounded Tree Containing fifty Acres of Land more or less
       And for in or Concerning one undivided Moiety or half part of that other Tract or Parcel of Land
       lying and being in Queen Annes County afsd on the red Lyon Branch being part of a Tract
       of Land called Shepherds Forrest beginning at a marked red Oak near the Upper Road and
       running thence East South East One hundred Perches then South South West fifty Perches
       then West North West three hundred and twenty Perches North North East fifty Perches then
       with a streight line to the first Tree Containing and laid out for One hundred Acres of Land
       more or less And of for in or Concerning One undivided Moiety or half part of that other Parcel
       of Land Containing One hundred Acres of Land more or less being another part of the afsd
       Tract of Land called Shepherds Forrest which was heretofore by Deed Sold and Conveyed
       by Francis Shepherd to the afsd Edward Smith lying and being Adjoining and Contiguous
       to the afsd herein first before mentioned One hundred Acres of Land part of the same Tract
