       on two sheets of Paper was Signed            W.m Hopper
       Sealed and Delivered in Presence of
                                                                               John Downes

       Be it Remembered that on the sixth Day of April Anno Domini One Thousand Seven
       hundred and fifty two John Rogers and Anne his Wife within Named Personally came
       and Appeared before   And Acknowledged the within Deed of Bargain and Sale to be
       their Act and Deed to and for the Uses and Purposes therein mentioned And the same
       Ann being by me Privately Examined out of the sight and hearing of her said
       Husband declared that she Executed the same Deed and made the same Acknowledgm.t
       Voluntarily and freely and without being Induced thereto by fear or threats of or Ill
       Usage from her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure In Testimony whereof
       I have hereunto set my hand the Day and Year above Written
       The above Acknowledgment was taken before Us the Subscribers two of his
       Lordships Justices of the Peace for Queen Annes County the day and Year above
       Written

       examined out of the hearing of her Husband declared that she Executed the within written
       Deed and made her Acknowledgement of the same willingly and freely & without
       being Induced thereto by fear or threats of or Ill Usage from her said Husband or
       fear of his Displeasure   In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand the

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this Seventh day of April in the Year of our
       Lord Christ One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty two Between John Rogers of Kent
       County on Delaware Gentleman and Anne his Wife Daughter and Devised of Edward Smith
       late of Kent County in Maryland Deceased of the first part Thomas Butler of Queen Annes
       County in Maryland Planter of the Second part and Robert Campbell of Queen Annes
       County Merchant of the third part Witnesseth that the same John Rogers and Anne
       his Wife as well for the Docking Barring and Cutting off all Estates Tail Reversions
       Remainders and all other Estate and Estates Terms and Interests heretofore Created
