231) Forges Barns Stables Edifices Buildings whatsoever and all ways Waters Water Courses Races Dams Commons Commodities Woods Underwoods Ore Shells Profits Priviledges Advantages Improvements Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the aforesaid Several Tracts Pieces or Parcels of Land hereby Conveyed or meant mentioned or intended so to be and to every or any part or Parcel thereof or of either of them belonging or in any wise appertaining and all Deeds Writings or Evidences touching or concerning the same or any part thereof and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances and all the Estate Right Title Interest Inden Dower Right and Title of Dower Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Charles Carroll of in or to the said Premisses and every part or any part thereof To have and to hold the afsd Several Tracts Pieces or Parcels of Land and Premisses hereby Conveyed or mentioned or intended so to be with their and every of their Appurtenances unto them the said Nicholas Hackett Carew, Mary Wightwick, Thomas Russell, Osgood Gee, John Price and Laurence Washington their Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of the aforesaid Nicholas Hackett Carew, Mary Wightwick, Thomas Russell, Osgood Gee, John Price & Laurence Washington their Heirs and Assigns for ever to be holden of the Chief Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees of whom the said Premisses are holden by the Yearly Quit Rents Duties and Services of and for the same due and of Right Accustomed And the aforesaid Charles Carroll for himself and his Heirs the said Premisses hereby Conveyed or mentioned or intended so to be and every part of them with their and every of their Appurtenances unto them the said Nicholas Hackett Carew Mary Wightwick Thomas Russell, Osgood Gee, John Price and Laurence Washington their Heirs and Assigns against him the said Charles Carroll and his Heirs and against all other Person or Persons Claiming or to Claim by from or under him or them shall and will Warrant and for ever defend by these Presents And the said Charles Carroll doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the said Nicholas Hackett Carew Mary Wightwick Thomas Russell Osgood Gee John Price and Laurence Washington their Heirs and Assigns that he the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns and all other Person and Persons Claiming or to Claim any Estate or Interest of in or to the said Premisses or any part thereof with the Appurtenances by from or under him or them shall and will at any time hereafter within the Space of Seven Years from the date hereof at the reasonable request Cost and Charge of them the said Nicholas Hackett Carew Mary Wightwick Thomas Russell Osgood Gee John Price & Laurence Washington their Heirs or Assigns make do Acknowledge Execute Levy and suffer or cause or Procure to be made done Acknowledged Executed Levyed and Suffered all and every such further and other Lawfull and Reasonable Act and Acts thing and things Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further and better Conveying and Assuring the said Premisses and every or any part or parcel thereof hereby Conveyed or meant mentioned or intended so to be with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Nicholas Hackett Carew Mary Wightwick Thomas Russell Osgood Gee John Price and Laurence Washington their Heirs and Assigns as by the said Nicholas Hackett Carew Mary Wightwick Thomas Russell Osgood Gee John Price and Laurence Washington their Heirs and Assigns or any of them their or any of their Council learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised Advised or Required so as in such further Assurance there be no further or other Warranty than is herein contained And the aforesaid Nicholas Hackett Carew Mary Wightwick Thomas Russell Osgood Gee John Price and Laurence Washington do hereby for themselves their Heirs Exors Administrators and Assigns Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the aforesaid Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns in manner following that is to say That they the said Nicholas Hackett Carew Mary Wightwick Thomas Russell Osgood Gee John Price and Laurence Washington their Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall and will well and truly pay or cause to be (paid) |
