Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty sixth day of November in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred
       and fifty one Between Richard Snowden of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman
       of the one part and Richard Snowden Junior Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden Sons of
       the said Richard Snowden of the other part Witnesseth that the said Richard Snowden for and in
       Consideration of the Natural Love and Affection which he beareth to them the said Richard Snowden Junior
       Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden and also for and in Consideration of the Sum of five
       Shillings Current Money to him in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged Hath Granted
       Bargained Sold Released and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain Sell Release and
       Confirm unto them the said Richard Snowden Junior Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John
       Snowden their Heirs and Assigns All that part of a Tract of Land called Snowdens New Birmingham
       lying and being in Ann Arundel County which is Included within the following Metes and Bounds that
       is to say Beginning at the one hundred and third Course of the said Tract of Land and running from
       thence West forty Perches with the One hundred and fourth line of the said Land still with the said Land
       these eight following Courses South thirty three Perches West twenty five Perches North four Degrees
       East three hundred and thirty five Perches North East forty four Perches East fifty eight Perches South
       East by South forty four Perches East by North twenty Perches East South East One hundred and twelve
       Perches then with a streight line to the beginning containing four hundred Acres of Land more or less
       together with all and singular the Houses Edifices Buildings Improvements and Advantages to the
       same belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the Estate Right Title and Interest of him the said
       Richard Snowden of into or out of the said four hundred Acres of Land or any part thereof To have and
       to hold the afsd four hundred Acres of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances unto them the said
       Richard Snowden Junior Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden their Heirs & Assigns
       to and for the only proper Use and Behoof of them the said Richard Snowden junior Thomas Snowden
       Samuel Snowden and John Snowden their Heirs and Assigns forever In Witness whereof the Partys to
       these Presents have hereunto set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered

                                           On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t)

       Received on the day and Year first within Written of the within Named Richard Snowden Jun.r Thomas

       Consideration Money within mentioned to be by them paid to me

       Nov.r 27.th 1751  Then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court
       the within Named Richard Snowden and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and
       Deed and that the Lands and Premisses therein specifyed were the Right and Estate of them the said
       Richard Snowden Jun.r Thomas Snowden Samuel Snowden and John Snowden their Heirs and Assigns
       according to the True Intent and meaning of the said Deed
