217) North ten West eighty Perches then North twenty nine West thirty eight Perches then North Fifty eight West one hundred and eighteen Perches then by a streight line to the beginning Tree containing and now laid out for one hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or less As Also all that Tract or Parcel of Land Batchelors Hill lying and being in Frederick County afs.d Beginning at a Bounded White Oak and Gum standing at the head of a Branch that Runs into Abrahams Creek between the Mountains running thence North twenty two Degrees West One hundred and fourteen Perches then South five Degrees West One hundred and thirty four Perches then South twenty five Degrees West forty Perches then South sixty eight Degrees East Sixty Perches then by a streight line to the beginning Tree Containing and now laid out for fourty Acres of Land more or less To have and to hold the afsd two Tracts of Land and Premisses with all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said Michael Crager his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Michael his Heirs and Assigns forever And the said Richard Tuchston for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said Michael Crager his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents that he the said Richard Tuchston his Heirs Executors or Administrators the afsd two Tracts of Land and Premisses and all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said Michael Crager his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns against him the said Richard Tuchston his Heirs and Assigns and against all and all manner of Persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend And the said Richard Tuchston ^Doth^ further Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the said Michael Crager his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Richard Tuchston his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall and will at the request and charge of him the said Michael Crager his Heirs or Assigns Make Acknowledge Suffer and Execute any Deed or Instrument of Writing that the said Michael Crager his Heirs or Assigns may Advise or Require for the further Securing and sure making of the aforesaid Land and Premisses unto the afs.d Michael Crager his Heirs or Assigns In Witness whereof the said Richard Tuchston hath hereunto set his hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above Written his Sealed and Delivered Richard R Tuchston In the Presence of mark George Hill Matscis Ambrose his Bernard B W Whymer mark On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t Maryland fs.t Nov.r 15.th 1751 Then came before me the within named Richard Tuchston and Acknowledged the within Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Michael Crager his Heirs and Assigns for ever for ever according to the Act in that Case made and provided Jn.o Brice Received of and from the within named Michael Crager the Sum of One hundred and ninety Pounds Current Money of Maryland being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be paid to me I say received this 15.th Day of November 1751 his Witness Richard R Tuchston George Hill mark Matscis Ambrose his Bernard B W Whymer mark |
