       being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made for one Year by Indenture bearing
       date the day next before the Day of the date of these Presents and by Virtue of the Statute made
       for Transferring Uses into Possession) and to his Heirs and Assigns all that aforementioned
       and described One hundred Acres of Land with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging To
       have and to hold the same One hundred Acres of Land and the Appurtenances unto him
       the same William Green his Heirs and Assigns forever to the Intent and Purpose that
       the same William Green may become perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the same One
       hundred Acres of Land with the Appurtenances whereby one or more common Recovery or
       Recoverys shall and may be thereof had and suffered in manner and form hereafter
       mentioned for which Intent and Purpose it is hereby Covenanted Granted Concluded and Agreed
       to and for the same Absolam Sparks to being and Prosecute against the same William
       Green one or more Writ or Writs of Entry Sur Disseisin en le Post returnable before the
       Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland at a Court to be held for the same Province
       at the City of Annapolis on the Second Tuesday of September next ensuing the date hereof
       and for the afs.d mentioned and described One hundred Acres of Land with the Appurtenances
       to which said Writ or Writs the same William shall appear Gratis and ^shall^ Vouch to
       Warranty thereof the afs.d Mary Riccard who shall also appear and enter into Warranty
       and Vouch over the Common Vouchee who shall also appear and enter into Warranty of and
       for the said hereby Granted Premisses with the Appurtenances and shall then Imparle and
       afterwards depart in Contempt of the Court and make default so that thereupon one or more
       Common Recovery or Recoverys with double Voucher over may be thereof had Suffered and
       Executed and all and every thing and things done and perfected needfull and necessary
       for the having suffering and perfecting the Recovery or Recoverys afs.d according to the
       Course of Common Recoverys in such Cases Used And that the Recovery or Recoverys
       afs.d shall be Executed by Writ or Writs of Habere facias Seizinam and it is hereby further
       Concluded Covenanted Granted and Agreed by and between all the Partys afs.d to these
       Presents and every of them for themselves and their Heirs respectively that the same
       Recovery and Recoverys and all Recoverys Settlements and Assurances had or to be had
       made Levyed Executed or Suffered by or between the Partys afs.d or any of them of or for the
       afs.d Granted or Described One hundred Acres of Land with the Appurtenances or any
       part thereof shall be and enure and shall be deemed Adjudged reputed and taken to be
       and enure to and for the proper Use Benefit and Behoof of the afs.d William Green
       his Heirs and Assigns forever and to no other Uses Intents or Purposes whatsoever
       any ^matter or^ thing in the said Recovery or Recoverys contained or mentioned notwithstanding
       to the Contrary   In Witness whereof the Partys afs.d have to these Presents hereunto
       Interchangeable set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written
