       of Thirty five Pounds Current Money of Maryland to him in hand paid by the said Edward
       Dorsey before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby
       Acknowledge he the said Dennis Ensey hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed
       and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm
       unto the said Edward Dorsey and his Heirs all that Tract or Parcel of Land called Coomes
       his Inheritance lying and being in Frederick County Containing Two hundred and three
       Acres of Land more or less which said Tract or Parcel of Land was surveyed and laid out for
       the said Dennis Ensey and a certain Richard Coomes now Deceased whom the said Dennis
       Ensey hath survived on the Twenty fifth day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
       seven hundred and forty nine and Granted them by Patent bearing date the said Twenty fifth
       day of March in the said Year One Thousand seven hundred and forty nine and all and
       singular the Houses Buildings Orchards Fences and Meadows thereunto belonging and
       all the Right Estate Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Dennis
       Ensey of in and to all and singular the Premisses and every part and parcel of them
       To have and to hold the said Land and Premisses herein before mentioned and intended to
       be hereby Granted with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Edward Dorsey
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever And the said Dennis Ensey for himself and his Heirs
       Exec.rs and Administrators the said Tract or Parcel of Land and all and singular other the
       Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said Edward Dorsey
       his Heirs and Assigns against all Persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant & Defend
       by these Presents Provided always and these Presents are upon this Condition Nevertheless
       that if the said Dennis Ensey his Executors or Administrators shall well and truly pay or
       Cause to be paid to the said Edward Dorsey his Executors Administrators or Assigns the said
       Sum of Thirty five Pounds Current Money of Maryland on the Seventh day of September
       which shall be in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty two with
       legal Interest for the same from the date hereof together with the Charges of Drawing and
       Recording this Conveyance then this present Indenture and the Estate hereby made
       shall Cease and Determine and the Lands and Premisses become the Right & Estate of the
       said Dennis Ensey and his Heirs any thing herein contained to the contrary in any wise
       notwithstanding And the said Dennis Ensey for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators
       and every of them doth Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Edward Dorsey his
       Executors and Administrators by these Presents That he the said Dennis Ensey shall and
       at the day of Payment aforesaid with legal Interest for the same from the date hereof
       according to the true Intent and meaning of these Presents In Witness whereof the
       Partys to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hand & Seals the Day
       and Year first above Written
