160) nine as by the said Resurvey and Patent thereon referrence being thereunto had may more fully appear And all and singular the Houses Meadows and Improvements to the same belonging and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Right Estate Interest Benefit Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said John Howard of in and to all and singular the Lands and Premisses herein before mentioned and Intended to be hereby and heretofore Granted and of in and to every part and parcel of them To have & to hold the said Parcels of Land and all and singular other the Premisses herein before mentioned and intended to be herein before Granted with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever to the only Use and Behoof of him his Heirs the said Parcels of Land and all and singular other the Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns against him the said John Howard his Heirs and Assigns and all Persons claiming by from or under him or any of them shall and will Warrant and Defend In Witness whereof the Partys to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered John Howard son of Gid Seal in the Presence of Robert Gordon Hen Woodward On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (Viz.t) Received of Basil Dorsey the Sum of One hundred and twenty eight Pounds Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned this Thirty first day of August 1751 Witness Robert Gordon John Howard son of Gid.n Hen Woodward Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within mentioned John Howard and Acknowledged the within Deed as his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses to be the Right and Estate of the within mentioned Basil Dorsey and his Heirs according to the true Intent of the said Deed and the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided Acknowledged before me this 31.st day of August One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty one Robert Gordon Sept.r the 5.th 1751 Received of M.r Basil Dorsey One Pound six Shillings and one penny half Penny Sterling for his Lordships Use (it being the Alienation fine on the within mentioned Six hundred and fifty three Aerces of Land) by Virtue of a Commission from Benjamin Tasker Esq.r his said Lordships Agent & Receiver General Recorded September 5.th 1751 Rich.d Dorsey Ex.d This Indenture made the fifty Day of September in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty one Between Dennis Ensey of Frederick County Farmer of the one part and Edward Dorsey of Annapolis in Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that the said Dennis Ensey for and in Consideration of the Sum (of) |
