143) Two Thousand and five hundred Acres be the same more or less all which said Premisses are Scituate and being in Prince Georges County on a River called Patuxen in the Proprietory of Maryland on the Continent of America and are part of certain Land and Premisses released and Conveyed by Henry Darnall late of Prince Georges County in Maryland af.d to John Hyde deceased the Father of Samuel Hyde late of London Merchant Deceased together with all Messuages or Tenements Farms Lands Houses Settlements Shedds Work houses Offices Works Buildings Edifices and Appurtenances standing lying or being upon or within the said Plantations or Tracts or Parcels of Land hereby granted or released or intended so to be together with all Orchards Gardens Meadows Marshes Inclosures Wastes Waste Grounds Woods Under Woods Trees ways Waters Watercourses Easements Profits Commodities and Advantages whatsoever to the said Plantations or Tracts of Land and Premisses or any part thereof belonging or any wise appertaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues & Profits of the said Premisses with their and each and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Charles Lord Baltimore his Heirs and Assignes of in or out of the said two Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses with their and each and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances To have and to hold the said two Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses hereby Granted Released and Conveyed or mentioned or intended ^so^ to be with their and each and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto him the said Ignatius Digges his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper Use and Behoof of ^him^ the said Ignatius Digges his Heirs and Assigns for ever And to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the said parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the day and year first above written Baltimore Seal Signed Sealed and Delivered In the Presence of Benj Tasker Junior B Young jun Dennis Dulany On the back of the aforegoing Deed of Release was thus Endorsed Viz.t Maryland June y.e 29.th 1751 Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of the Province of Maryland Benjamin Young Jun.r one of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within Release and made Oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God That he saw the within named right Honourable Charles Lord Baltimore of the Kingdom of Ireland Sign Seal and as his Act and (Deed) |
