       June the 29.th 1751   Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court of the Province of Maryland Benjamin Young Jun.r
       one of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within Lease and made Oath on the Holy
       Evangelist of Almighty God that he saw the within named right Honourable Charles
       Lord Baltimore of the Kingdom of Ireland Sign Seal and as his Act and Deed
       deliver the within Instrument of Writing to and for the several Uses Intents and
       Purposes therein mentioned And this Deponant further makes Oath That he saw
       Benjamin Tasker Jun.r Esq.r and Dennis Dulany the other Subscribing Witnesses
       Severally Subscribe their Names as Witnesses thereto in the Presence of this
       Deponant                                                                     Geo Steuart

Ex.d This Indenture made the Thirteenth day of December in the Year of our Lord
       One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty Between the Right Honourable Charles
       Lord Baltimore of the Kingdom of Ireland of the one part and Ignatius Digges
       of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the other part
       Whereby by Indentures of Lease and Release bearing date respectively on or about
       the Seventeenth and Eighteenth days of February in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
       Seven hundred and forty five made or mentioned to be made between a certain
       Samuel Hyde late of London Merchant Deceased by the Name of Samuel Hyde of
       Rood Lane London Merchant of the one part and the said Charles Lord Baltimore
       of the other part He the said Samuel Hyde for the Consideration therein mentioned
       did Grant Bargain Sell Alien remise release and Confirm unto the said Charles
       Lord Baltimore his Heirs and Assigns All that Plantation or Tract of Land commonly
       called his Lordships Kindness Containing by Estimation Six Thousand
       Seven hundred Acres of Land be the same more or less And also all that other
       Plantation or Tract of Land called or known by the Name of the Several Tracts
       Containing by Estimation two Thousand five hundred Acres be the same more or
       less Together with all Messuages or Tenements Farms Lands Houses Settlements
       Shedds Work houses Offices Works Buildings Edifices and Appurtenances standing
       lying or being upon or within the said Plantations or Tracts or Parcels of Land thereby
       Granted or released or intended to be and upon every or any part thereof together
       with all Orchards Gardens Meadows Marshes Inclosures Wastes Waste
       Grounds Woods Under Woods Trees Ways Waters Water Courses Easements
       Profits Commodities and Advantages whatsoever to the said Plantations or Tracts
       of Land and Premisses or any part thereof belonging or any wise Appertaining and
       the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues
       Yearly and other Profits of all & singular the said Premisses and of every part
