       within Instrument of Writing to be their Act and Deed & to & for the Uses Intents &

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made on the fourth day of December in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
       Seven hundred and fifty Between Robert Wade Janior of Prince Georges County Planter of the
       first part George Frazier of the same County Gentleman of the Second part and Thomas Harwood
$160 of the same County Gentleman of the third part Whereas the said Robert Wade by one Indenture
       of Bargain and Sale made on the twenty fourth day of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
       Seven hundred and thirty nine for and in Consideration of the Sum of thirty Pounds Current
       Money of Maryland and for other good Causes and Considerations him the said Robert Wade
       thereunto moving Did Give Grant Alien Bargain Sell and Confirm unto the said George
       Frazier his Heirs Executors Adm.rs & Assigns for ever All that Parcel of Land being part of a
       Tract of Land called Wades Adventure lying and being Situate in the County afsd Beginning
       at a small bounded White Oak standing on the side of a small Branch near the Dwelling
       House of the said Robert Wade and running thence South twenty three Degrees East One
       hundred and seven Perches then East thirty two Degrees North forty eight Perches till it
       Intersect a small Branch called the Horse Pound Branch then down and with the said
       Branch as it runneth to the beginning Tree containing and laid out for thirty Acres of
       Land more or less together with all Rights Members Jurisdiction and Appurtenances also
       all Woods Ways Easements Previledges and Advantages whatsoever to the said Parcel of
       Land & Premisses belonging or in any ways appertaining as in and by the said recited Deed
       of Bargain and Sale duly Acknowledged and remaining Inrolled amonugh the Records of
       Prince Georges County may more fully and at large appear And Whereas afterwards
       that is to say in April Term in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty the afsd
       Thomas Harwood did Pursue out of his Lordships High Court of Chancery one Writ of Entry
       Sur Disseisin en le post against the said Robert Wade returnable before his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court at Annapolis where the said Thomas Harwood did Demand against
       the said George Frazier the said Lands and Tenements afsd with the Appurtenances to which
       the said George Frazier did appear in Proper Person and after defence made did Vouch to
       Warranty the said Thomas Harwood who did likewise appear in Person and entered into the
       Warranty and Vouched over the Common Vouchee who did likewise appear in Person and
       enter into Warranty and after made default whereupon several Judgments were had according
       to the Course of Common Recoverys Used in the Provincial Court afsd Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth and it is hereby Declared and Expressed that the true Intent and meaning of all
       the said Parties to these Presents before & at the time of suffering the said Recovery was and
       ever since hath been and yet is that the said Recovery and the whole Executtion thereof
       should and for ever hereafter shall be and Enure and the said Recoverors and their Heirs
       shall for ever hereafter stand and be Seized of and in the said Land and Tenements
       with its Appurtenanances and all and every the Premisses before mentioned to the Use
       and behoof of the said George Frazier his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other
