        Then Came before Robert Gordon Esquire one of the Justices of the Provincial Court Walter
        Dallas party to the within Deed & Acknowledged the same according to the Directions of
        the Act in that Case made and Provided                                    Robert Gordon

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made on the fourth day of December in the Year of our Lord  
       One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty Between Robert Wade the Younger of Prince Georges
       County Planter on the first part Butler Stonestreet of the same County Gentleman of the second part
       & Thomas Harwood of the same County Gentleman of the third part Whereas the said Robert Wade
       by one Indenture of Bargain and Sale made on the third day of May in the Year of our Lord God
       One Thousand Seven hundred and thirty eight for and in Consideration of the Sum of forty
       Six Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain and for other good Causes and Considerations
       him thereunto moving did Give Grant Alien Bargain Sell Enfeoff and Confirm unto the afsd
       Butler Stonestreet his Heirs and Assigns all that Parcel of Land being part of a Tract called
       Wades Adventure Situate and being in the County afsd Beginning at a Bounded Ash
       standing of the side of a Branch & in the South line and running thence with the said line
       South till it Intersect a Branch called the Horse Bond run then down and with the said
       Horse Pond Run untill it meet with the afsd first mentioned Run then up and with the afsd
       first mentioned Run to the beginning Containing One hundred and fifteen Acres of Land
       more or less with all and singular the Rights Members and Appurtenances together with
       all Dwelling Houses Tobacco Houses Fences Orchards Tenements Woods Ways
       Easements Previledges Profits Improvements Conveniences and Advantages whatsoever
       to the said Parcel of Land and Premisses belonging or in any wise appertaining as in
       and by the said recited Deed of Bargain & Sale duly Acknowledged & remaining Inrolled
       amoungh the Records of Prince Georges County may more fully and at large appear
       And Whereas afterwards that is to say in April Term in the Year of our Lord seventeen
       hundred and fifty the afsd Thomas Harwood did pursue out of his Lordships High Court
       of Chancery one Writ of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post against the said Robert Wade
       returnable before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court at Annapolis where the
       said Thomas Harwood did Demand against the said Robert Wade the said Lands and
       Tenements afsd with their Appurtenances to which Writ the said Robert Wade did appear
       in proper Person and after defence made did Vouch to Warranty the said Butler Stonestreet
       who did likewise appear in Person and entered into the Warranty and Vouched over the
       Common Vouchee who did likewise appear in Person and enter into Warranty and afterwards
       made Default whereby Several Judgments were had according to the Course of
       Common Recoverys Used in the Provincial Court afsd Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       and it is hereby Declared and Expressed that the True Intent and meaning of all
       the said Parties to these Presents before & at the time of Suffering the said Recovery was
       and ever since hath been and yet is that the said Recovery & the whole Execution thereof
       should and forever hereafter shall be and enure and the said Recoverors and their Heirs
       shall for ever hereafter stand & be Seized of & in the said Land and Tenements with
       its Appurtenances & all and every the Premisses before mentioned to the Use and
