       Sold Released and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain Sell release and
       confirm unto the said Samuel Ogle and his Heirs and Assigns all these several Tracts and
       Parcels of Land following (that is to say) a Tract of Land called Chance situate lying and
       being with the Appurtenances in Charles County (but lately in Prince Georges County)
       and containing two hundred and forty One Acres of Land according to the Original Patent
       thereof Granted in the Year Seventeen hundred and eight unto William Hutchison ^late^ of Prince
       Georges County deceased And also a Tract of Land called Wheelers Adventure situate
       lying and being with the Appurtenances in Charles County aforesaid and containing
       Seventy six Acres according to the Original Patent thereof Granted in the Year Sixteen
       hundred and eighty Seven unto James Wheeler late of Charles County deceased and
       also a Tract of Land called Piles's Addition Situate lying and being with the Appurtenances
       in Charles County (but lately in Prince Georges County) and containing Ninety
       Acres according to the Original Patent thereof Granted in Seventeen hundred and thirty
       two to William Piles late of Prince Georges County deceased and also the remaining
       part of a Tract of Land called Carrick Situate lying and being in Charles County but
       lately in Prince Georges County the said part containing by Estimation one hundred and
       eighty five Acres two hundred Seventy and Seven Acres of the said Tract having
       been formerly sold to Thomas Marshall of Charles County as by the said Patents and
       Conveyance made to the said Thomas Marshall referrence being thereunto had may
       more fully appear and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust benefit Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said George Parker of in or out of the said
       Tracts or Parcels of Land and every of them and every part or parcel thereof in any
       wise howsoever To have and to hold the said Tracts or Parcels of Land and every of
       them and every part thereof and all and Singular other the Premisses herein before
       mentioned or Intended to be hereby Granted with their and every of their Rights
       Members and Appurtenances unto the said Samuel Ogle his Heirs and Assigns to
       the only proper Use and behoof of the said Samuel Ogle his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       Provided Nevertheless and it is the true Intent and meaning of the said
       Parties and of these Presents That if the said George Parker his Heirs Executors Adminis.rs
       or Assigns Do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Samuel Ogle his
       Executors Administrators or Assigns the said full Sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds
       Sterling with legal Interest for the same at or upon the first day of February next
       ensuing the date of these Presents according to the Condition of the said recited Bond
       without any deduction defalcation or Abatement whatsoever then this present
       Indenture and every Article Clause matter and thing herein Contained and also the said
       Bond shall Cease Determine and become and be Absolutely Void and of none Effect And
       the said George Parker for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       Doth Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the said Samuel Ogle his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns in manner and form following (that is to say) That he the
       said George Parker his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns or some or one of
       them shall and will well and truly pay or cause to be paid to the said Samuel Ogle his
       Executors Administrators or Assigns the said Sum of two hundred and fifty Pounds
       Sterling with Lawfull Interest as afsd on the day herein before limitted for Payment
       thereof without any Default Deduction Defalcation Abatement whatsoever And
       that all and Singular the Premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby
       Granted now are and be and at all times from and after any Default shall happen
       to be made of or in Payment of the said Sum of Two hundred and fifty Pounds
       Sterling and Interest thereon as afsd or any part thereof shall be remain and
       Continue free and Clear of and from all manner of former and other Gifts Grants
