       Warder and Samuel Neave their Heirs and Assigns by these presents hath bargained and
       sold and by these Presents doth Bargain and Sell unto the said Jeremiah Warder and
       Samuel Neave All that his the said Hugh Parker's Tracts of Land Scituate lying and being
       on Conichochieg in the Province of Maryland Containing four Thousand two hundred and
       Sixty nine Acres more or less one of which Tracts called Salsbury Containing four Thousand
       one hundred and nineteen Acres more or less the said Tract of Land Including several parcels
       therein and Granted by his Lordships Patent bearing date the Twenty seventh day of
       February in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty unto the said Hugh
       Parker the other Tract called Austills Delight Containg One hundred and fifty Acres
       more or less and Granted to the said Hugh Parker by his Lordships Patent bearing date
       the Ninth Day of Septem.r in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty
       Together also with all and Singular the ways Woods Waters Water Courses Rights
       Libertys Priviledges Improvements Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever
       thereunto belonging and the Reversions and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof
       To have and to hold the said four Thousand Acres of Land Hereditaments and Premisses
       hereby bargained and sold or mentioned to be bargained and sold with their and every of
       their Appurtenances unto the said Jeremiah Warder and Samuel Neave their Executors
       Administrators and Assigns from the date of the Date hereof and of the Statute
       for Transferring of Uses into Possession they the said Jeremiah Warder and Samuel
       Neave may be in the Actual Possession of the Premisses hereby bargained and sold
       and be enabled to Accept and take a Release and Confirmation of the same to them
       and their Heirs for ever To such Uses Intents and Purposes as the same are intended
       to be Granted Released and Conveyed in and by One Indenture of Release intended to
       bear date the fourth Day of this present March and to be made between the same
       parties as these Presents In Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents
       have Interchangeably set their hands and Seals hereunto Dated the Day and Year

Ex.d This Indenture made the fourth Day of March in the Year of our Lord One
       Thousand Seven hundred and fifty Between Hugh Parker of Frederick County in
       the Province of Maryland of the one part and Jeremiah Warder of Philadelphia in the
       Province of Pensylvania Hatter and Samuel Neave of the said City of Philadelphia
       Merchant of the other part Whereas the said Hugh Parker now at the time of Sealing
       and Delivery of these Presents Indentures of Lease and Release is and standeth
       Lawfully Seized in his Demesne as of fee and in or Intituled unto Two Tracts of Land
       Scituate lying and being on Conichoechieg near Potomack in the Province of Maryland
       Containing four Thousand two hundred and sixty nine Acres or thereabouts And
       Whereas the said Hugh Parker is Indebted unto the said Jeremiah Warder the Sum
       of Nine hundred & Sixty five Pounds Seven Shillings and Nine Pence Pensylvania
       Currency and unto the said Samuel Neave the Sum of five hundred and fifty two pounds
       fifteen Shillings and Seven pence like Currency Besides One hundred and thirty three
       Pounds thirteen Shillings and four pence of the Currency afsd unto Levy and Franks
       of the said City of Philadelphia Merchants and three hundred and ninety one Pounds
       Sixteen Shillings and one penny of the Currency aforesaid unto John Reynell of the said
       City of Philadelphia Merchant which Debts he the said Hugh Parker is desirous to pay
       so far as in him Lies Now therefore This Indenture Witnesseth that the said
       Hugh Parker as well for and in Consideration of the Premisses as of the further sum of
       five Shillings Lawfull Money of Pensylvania unto him in hand paid by the
