       Privity or Procurement and more over that he the said Samuel Galloway and heirs and all
       others having or Lawfully Claiming or which shall or may have or Lawfully Claim any Estate
       Right Title Interest Trust or Property at Law or in Equity of in to or out of the said Tract of Land
       and Premisses hereby granted bargained and sold or mentioned to be hereby granted bargained
       and Sold or any part thereof from by or under or in Trust for him them or any of them shall
       and will from time to time and all times hereafter upon every reasonable request and at the
       proper Charges in the Law of the said William Murdock his Heirs or Assigns make do and
       execute or Cause to be made done and executed all such further and other Lawfull and
       reasonable Acts and Deeds Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever be the same by
       Feoffment Lease and Release Bargain and Sale Grant Release Confirmation Common
       Recovery or otherwise howsoever for the further better more perfect and Absolute granting
       Conveying and Assuring of the aforesaid Tract of Land called the Adventure with the Appurtenances
       and all and Singular the Premisses unto and to the Use and Behoof of him the
       said William Murdock his Heirs and Assigns forever as by him or them or any of them
       or his their or any of their Counsel learned in the Law shall be reasonably Advised or
       Devised and Required so as such further Assurances contain in them no further or other
       Warranty or Covenants than against the Person or Persons his or their Heirs who shall make
       or do the same and so as the Party or Parties who shall be requested to make such further
       Assur^anc^es be not Compelled or Compellable for making or doing thereof to go or travel above
       Ten Miles from his or their respective Dwellings of Places of Abode In Witness whereof
       the said Samuel Galloway hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first

       At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written (Viz.t)

       Received the Sixth Day of February in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty of the
       within Named William Murdock the Sum of Four hundred Pounds Sterling being the Consideration
       Money within mentioned  I say received by me                           Sam.ll Galloway

       Maryland fs.t the sixth day of February 1750
                                                                               Then came Samuel Galloway of Ann Arundel
       County Merchant before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court
       of Maryland and Acknowledged the above Deed to be his Act and Deed for the Purposes herein
       mentioned and the within Tract of Land called the Adventure to be the Right of the within
       Named William Murdock his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the Purport of the said
       Deed his Acknowledgment taken by me according to the Act of Assembly of this Province
       in such Case made and Provided                                          John Hepburn

       14 Feb.ry 1750   Received for the Use of the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore of M.r William
       Murdock forty Shillings Sterling being for the Alienation Fine of the w.thin One Thousand

Ex.d This Indenture made the Second Day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven
       hundred and fifty Between Hugh Parker of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland of the one
       part and Jeremiah Warder of the City of Philadelphia in the Province of Pensylvania Hatter and
       Samuel Neave of the said City of Philadelphia Merchant of the other part Witnesseth that the
       said Hugh Parker for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five Shillings Lawfull Money of
       Pensylvania unto him in hand well and truly paid by the said Jeremiah Warder and Samuel
       Neave at and before the Sealing and Delivery hereof the receipt Whereof he the said Hugh Parker
       doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof doth Acquit and for ever Discharge the said Jeremiah
