       and Power reposed and Vested in him the said Samuel Galloway in and by the said recited
       Will and in Compliance therewith and for and in Consideration of the said Sum of [illegible]
       hundred Pounds Sterling paid by the said William Murdock to the said Samuel Galloway
       at or before the execution of these Presents the receipt whereof the said Samuel Galloway doth
       hereby Acknowledge and thereof and of every part thereof doth release Acquit and
       Discharge the aforesaid william Murdock his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       and every of them by these Presents hath Granted Bargained Sold Enfeoffed Released and
       Confirmed And by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain Sell Enfeoff Release and Confirm
       unto the said William Murdock his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Tract or Parcel of
       Land called the Adventure above mentioned (and required and Ordered to be Sold and Disposed
       of in and by the last Will and Testament above recited) Scituate lying and being in
       Baltimore County afsd on the South side of the great Falls of Gunpowder River
       Beginning at a Bounded Poplar standing on the North West side of a small Branch
       and at the Mouth of the said Branch being the Eastern Bound of a Tract of Land laid
       out for Major John Welsh called the three Sisters and running up with the Falls of the
       said River five hundred Perches to another Bounded Poplar then South West three hundred
       and twenty Perches then South East untill it Intersect the line of the said Land then
       Bounding with the Intersection to the first Bounded Tree containing and laid out for One
       Thousand Acres of Land more or less and holden of the Mannor of Baltimore and the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders and also all the Estate Right
       Title Interest Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever both at Law and in Equity
       of him the said Samuel Galloway which he now hath or hereafter may have in any
       manner respect or degree whatsoever of in to or out of the said Tract of Land with the
       Appurtenances hereby or mentioned to be hereby Granted Bargained and Sold and also
       all Deeds Evidences Writings escripts and Muniments touching or in any wise concerning
       the said Premisses which he the said Samuel Galloway now hath in his Custody or can
       or may come by without Suit in Law To have and to hold the said Tract of Land with
       the Appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tract of Land with the Appurtenances
       and all and Singular the Premisses hereby or mentioned to be hereby Granted with their
       Appurtenances to the said William Murdock his Heirs and Assigns to and for the Use
       and behoof of ^him^ the said William Murdock his Heirs and Assigns for ever And the said
       Samuel Galloway hath not at any time heretofore done Committed or Willingly or Wittingly
       Suffered any Act matter or thing whatsoever whereby or by means whereof the aforesaid
       Tract of Land and Premisses herein before Granted Bargained and Sold or any part thereof
       is are or shall or may be Impeached Charged or Incumbred in Title Charge Estate
       or otherwise howsoever and that it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said William
       Murdock his Heirs and Assigns from time to time and at all times hereafter Peaceably
       and Quietly to enter into have hold Occupy Possess and Enjoy the said Tract of Land and
       Premisses and of every part thereof to and for their own Use and benefit from the date of
       these Presents without the let Suit Trouble Denial Eviction or Interruption of or by him
       the said Samuel Galloway in any respect whatsoever or by his Heirs or Assigns of or by 
       any other Person or Persons lawfully Claiming or to Claim from by or under or in Trust
       for him them or any of them and that freed Acquitted exonerated and discharged or
       otherwise well and sufficiently saved Warranted Defended kept harmless and Indemnified
       of from and against all and all manner of former and other Gifts Grants Bargains
       Sales Leases Mortgages Jointures Dowers Estates Titles Trouble Charges and Incumbrances
       whatsoever had made ^done^ committed occasioned or suffered or to be had made done
       Committed Occasioned or Suffered by the said Samuel Galloway his Heirs or Assigns or by any
       Person or Persons Lawfully Claiming or to Claim from by or under or in Trust for
       him them or any of them or by his their or any of their Act means Assent Consent
